I will give you the pros and cons about this property :Pros : it was really close to the castle, right in front of the beach , close to via Roma, super central location. As far as location it was great. Cons : this house was “marketed” as 3 bedrooms, but they failed to mention 1 room was “outside” of the house, and it didn’t have any air conditioning, so it was NOT functional. We couldn’t use that room , and nobody told us, one of the rooms was outside. We had to all fit in the main house . So disappointing. This was an attic, so keep in mind is way smaller than pictured , and you need to go up 4 flights of stairs . Also the check out for this property is 10 am , keep this is mind before renting.

Thank you, Marcela, for taking the time to share your detailed feedback — even though we're truly sorry to hear that your experience at Casa Barbara by Napoliapartments did not meet your expectations. First and foremost, we’re glad that you appreciated the location, which is indeed one of the strongest aspects of the apartment — just steps from the castle, across from the beach, and very close to Via Roma, right in the vibrant heart of Naples. That said, we sincerely apologize for the miscommunication regarding the layout of the property. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find out upon arrival that one of the rooms was detached from the main unit and lacked air conditioning. While this configuration is specified in the listing, we clearly did not communicate it as clearly as we should have, and we take full responsibility for that oversight. We will immediately review the listing details and adjust them to make this point more transparent for future guests. We also appreciate your note about the attic structure, the stairs, and the 10 AM checkout. These are all important considerations, and your feedback helps us ensure that guests have accurate expectations before booking. We’re always available 7 days a week to assist during the stay, and we’re sorry we missed the opportunity to help resolve some of these concerns while you were here. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. With 100 carefully selected accommodations across Naples, Ischia, Capri, and Rome, we’re confident we can find a property that better suits your preferences. Warm regards, Napoliapartments iteam 💙
