Per Sanibel City rules homes can only be rented once per 28 day period. All rentals from November through June require a full month rental period. Shorter times within the 28 day periods may be available (June - October) however there is a minimum charge for opening the house of 2 or 3 weeks (depending on the situation) since the home cannot be utilized the rest of the month and additional charges will be added to the nightly rate.
