About Vacay Nola Team

Local New Orleans citizens, we love all things historic and architectural. This area is filled with art and history. The Arts District is a little known gem mixed in with the French Quarter and Garden District. I LOVE this part of town.

Why Vacay Nola Team chose Warehouse District

It has a great mixture of culture. There are art galleries right outside my door. Food from some of the best celebrity chefs to newly founded pop ups. The River is only a few blocks away and so are the Super Dome and the Convention Center. This is the place to be. Oh, did I forget to mention the Saint Charles Streetcar line is right outside the building too?

What makes this condo unique

Quiet historic part of the city. Transportation is a cinch! Museums, Art Galleries, and restaurants are nearby and the French Quarter is just a short walk away.

Guestbook comments from the manager

One word, PERFECT! This condo was beautiful, as well as immaculately clean! From the unique character of the brick walls, to the open living room/kitchen floor plan & amazingly comfortable beds. This condo is a great place to entertain and enjoy socializing with friends while getting ready for your day in NoLa. The condo was in a great proximity to everything especially downtown French Quarter, yet still quiet enough (away from the party scene of Bourbon St.) to get a good nights rest. The realtors could not have been more hospitable & helpful in recommending the best local restaurants & jazz bars to go to. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would highly recommend staying here while visiting New Orleans! Amber was an amazing host for us! Thank you for making our stay in NoLa an unforgettable one! :)

amazing

I attended a nursing convention with 2 of my colleagues and this condo was perfect for us. It is within walking distance of the convention center and the restaurants in the area were amazing. Emeril's restaurant is only 3 blocks away and the sushi restaurant Rock and Roll is a must when staying there. The Condo is close to everything that you would want to do and it is comfortable and beautifully decorated. If I return I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Great apartment!

  • 5 of 5

I visited New Orleans last week with my husband and 2 coworkers to attend a conference at the convention center. This apartment was perfect for us. Two good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds and a big living area and kitchen. I stayed in the guest bedroom and LOVED it. It's pitch black at night and I couldn't hear anything from the street. My coworkers slept just fine in the master as well.

The location was an easy 8 block walk to the conference (or $6 Uber ride when it was raining). It is right on the St Charlies street car line, but with the weird schedules, we found it easier to Uber if we weren't walking. There's a very nice grocery store right up the street with everything you might need, including liquor at the customer service desk.

La Casita is right downstairs and we all really enjoyed the food and atmosphere there. Felt like we had our own personal bar.

One of the best things about this apartment is the balcony. We had gorgeous sunsets nearly every day we were there and it was wonderful to sit out there with a drink and watch the city.

I would GLADLY stay there again!

Beautiful and spacious

  • 4 of 5

It was a lovely condo...each bedroom has it's own bathroom attached, which was perfect for our situation. The furniture and decor was nice and the hostess left bottled water, coffee, and and some extra bathroom items like toothbrushes in case we needed them. It was somewhat noisy at night in the back bedroom with the windows. There was a leak from the ceiling in one bedroom while we were there - a problem with the air conditioning. It made the most sense to wait until we left the next morning for that to be addressed. It ended up working out fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice; Very Clean

  • 5 of 5

Our family had a wonderful stay. The owners go the extra mile by providing several amenities and supplies that we haven’t experienced with our stays at other places.

I would stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends.

This place is great

  • 5 of 5

Great location and beautiful place. You could participate in the French quarter craziness but then come home to really nice place that is calm. They even provided beer, coffee and Gatorade.

Very clean. Excellent stay and location.

  • 5 of 5

The unit had all updated appliances and looked newly remodeled. Very safe neighborhood. Really did not need a car and parking is hard to find and expensive. Only commnent of improvement would be to have a TV and ceiling fan in the master bedroom, there is central air. I would definitely stay again.
