This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with a wraparound balcony. Arts District location, close to French Quarter, Mercedes Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Arena, Convention Center, restaurants, museums, shopping, and more. Wrap around balcony, high ceilings, open floor plan.

This property encapsulates everything that is New Orleans. Top of the line features, spacious and great for entertaining, exposed brick, hardwood floors, wrap around balcony, professionally decorated and full of character. Shopping and night life entertainment are all within walking distance. What makes this location great is the lack of street noise while being in the center of it all. Magazine street shops, and the French Quarter are a short stroll away. While uptown and the Garden District are but a quick Street car ride from the building (The street car stop is adjacent to our building). This location is ideal for the visiting tourist. We are also on the Mardi gras Parade route.

Better than the photos......

The condo was perfect! Just what we were looking for. With it being 3 women safety is a concern and we felt completely at ease. The beds were very comfortable. It was extremely well equipped. We were in walking distance to our meetings and the quarter. When it was time to sleep it was quiet(all the previous times I have stayed in N.O. always too loud to rest). The staff of Vacay Nola were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Fantastic!

This property definitely exceed our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, clean and well equipped with brand new dishes. In short- perfect for our needs. Having full sized appliances was very helpful and a washer and dryer made it absolutely perfect. The location is excellent and within walking distance or a quick UBER to anywhere you'd want to go. We will definitely rent this property again!

Large spacious apartment perfect for 2 couples. The outside balcony was amazing. Close enough to the action to walk but far enough away so you didn't hear it all night long.

The Thirteen Sisters never disappoints

We enjoyed our stay once again. The apartment was clean and convenient. We especially like the location near to practically everything we enjoy doing. Gambling, dining, drinking, walking, sightseeing and of course the Superdome. If we were pressed to suggest an improvement, I would recommend an HD receiver in the living room. Television picture is very old school.

5 nights at condo at 800 St Charles Ave, New Orleans

great location for our needs. Walked to every restaurant except one. However, we like to walk so a mile walk was pleasant and its away from the craziness in the Quarter. If you don't like to walk the street car comes right down St Charles. Condo was very clean, roomy and surprisingly quiet.

Will definitely stay here again.
