Villa Netos is a wonderful property located about 1 km from the baroque town of Noto.

It is a newly built villa, modern, furnished with style and attention to detail.
It offers a breathtaking view of the countryside that slopes gently towards the sea, with a view that, on clear days, goes as far as the extreme tip of the island of Portopalo.

The villa consists of 2 floors connected to each other by an external staircase but which, at the same time, maintain their independence and privacy.
