Our gorgeous 3 bedroom flat is located right in the heart of Rome. A few steps from Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Parliament. Find yourself immersed in an antique yet elegant atmosphere, with your front door facing a huge antique monument Tempio di Adriano. Loads of restaurants and typical cafes are within few steps, as well as big-brand shops and boutiques. You cannot miss this unique and spacious gem with all the modern comforts, for your vacation or your monthly stay in Rome. You will be delighted with the clean and modern interiors, yet respecting the historic environment with classic materials such as marble floors. Plenty of room for your Roman stay, this 150 sqm house has 2 spacious double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and a huge living. The separated kitchen is compact but with very fast-cooking induction stoves. The 2 bathrooms are modern and super clean. The high ceilings will make you feel right in the majesty of old Rome.

It starts with a wonderful location, but it's also a beautiful and comfortable property. I wish we could stay longer.

Beautiful apartment and great location

Fantastic property in a phenomenal location. Host was very responsive. The beds were the most comfortable of all the beds we slept in across our Italy trip. The stairs were a little steep to the bottom floor, but no complaints.

Great location

Great location between Trevi and Pantheon. Several separate payments for taxes, fees, etc made the check in process less than desirable but the property made up for it.

Great location and home!

Family of 5. Perfect location, perfect amount of space, greatly appreciated. Having an elevator to get baggage to the second floor. Felt very safe and comfortable. Excellent communication with host. Check in and check out were very easy. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is in the perfect location, on a cute square with bars/restaurants and so close to Trevi and the Pantheon. We walked everywhere, including to the park, the Spanish Steps, and the Vatican. Two of the bedrooms and a bathroom were located down a flight of stairs, which worked well for our teens but might not be suitable for all families. The water tank seemed to only provide enough for 2 hot showers; after that, we had to wait a bit for the shower to be hot again (which is not a big deal if you plan correctly). The washer/dryer combo took a long time to dry clothes, but it was nice to have a dryer at all in Europe. The host was super communicative, which was very helpful and appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent location

Excellent location. Wasn’t thrilled with the fact that you couldn’t see out the windows because of the rehab but we were not there a lot. Upstairs bedroom needs blinds on the windows

Center of Rome

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome; walking distance to all of the historical sites. Set on a lovely Piazza with wonderful restaurants and a beautiful Colonnade building. Great air conditioning!! A wonderful respite from the Rome heat! The property manager is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return to this property. Comfortable for 6 adults.

House is in a great location and the owners were accommodating when we asked to check in a couple hours early to drop our bags. Beds were great, rooms were quiet at night given you are in the middle of a lot of action. A couple small things… two of the rooms are downstairs. This was not in the listing and my mother n law is almost totally blind. The showers are extremely small. I’m 5’7 115 lbs and could barely move around. There weren’t a lot of towels, so I recommend if you don’t speak the language, ask how to use the dual washer and dryer.If location is the main objective, this is the perfect place.

Great Location! Nice apartment

Very nice apartment in one the best locations in Rome! We walked most places. Great restaurants and love the little coffee shop in the Piazza. There was plenty of room for my family of 5, which included 3 older teenagers. I don't think that the listing made it clear that the apartment is a duplex and a walk-up to the 2nd floor was fine for my family Washer / Dryer combo is a great feature but directions posted in English would be very helpful.

Lovely but noisy

We had ro curtail our time at the lovely apartment due to the fact that the busy night life and vehicle noise. For those who are night people this would not be a problem. Only one of the three bedrooms provided a quiet space.

Great Location

Everything about this property was wonderful. It wasn't just that the location was in the middle of all the "must sees" of Rome, but it was on a lovely small piazza with cafes that provided plenty to eat both morning and evening. The only shortcoming was access to the property. We were instructed to text once we were in front of the door and the managers would open it. We did, but the door did not open. Luckily a building resident opened the door and allowed us to enter. During this exchange with the manager the communication was weak.

wonderful location

This apartment is right between the Pantheon and Trevi fountain across the street from Hadrian's Temple. Only a couple blocks to delicious restaurants and Giolitti (for gelato). The apartment has 2 kings, a twin, and a double couch bed...it fit our family of 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. We didn't there were stairs in the apartment itself, but it worked out great. The grandparents stayed in the upstairs bedroom with their own bathroom, and the parents and kids stayed in the 2 bedrooms downstairs with their own bathroom. There are just a few very low steps to get to the elevator from the entrance, but they were easily managed by the grandparents. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and more...the coffee, tea, and sugar were very appreciated and made it unnecessary for us to make a grocery run. The showers had great pressure and hot water. We would definitely stay here again!
