We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely apartment in an excellent location. The layout provided plenty of space and privacy for four adults, and the main lounge featured beautiful large windows that brought in wonderful natural light. The kitchen was well-appointed, with a spacious dining table and another large window that added to the open, airy feel. While some of the furnishings could benefit from an update and outdoor space would be a welcome addition, overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property looks great in the photos, but in person, it is even nicer than the photos portray. BEAUTIFUL apartment. The location is GREAT. We would definitely look to stay here again when returning for a trip to Rome.

We’ve been to Rome a few times but this is our favorite place to stay so far. Edoardo was very responsive and helpful. We will be staying at some of his other rentals in the near future for sure. The apartment is better than the pics. Location is great. Cannot recommend enough.

Perfect location for taking in the sights and flavors of Rome!

Eduardo was a fantastic host helping with various requests we had and providing so much information all throughout our stay in Rome. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and perfectly situated to walk to the major attractions, excellent shopping and fantastic restaurants. We enjoyed immensely and will definitely book again the next time we are in Rome!

Great location and attentive property manager.

Our family enjoyed our time together while staying at this property. Eduardo made pick up arrangements and met with us to make sure we were all set for our stay. The place was clean and in close proximity to many of the places we visited. We could walk to good restaurants and other places of interest. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The property was clean and stocked with all the necessities to meet our needs. We were glad to stay at this place.

Best apartment & best host

Edoardo went above and beyond for our stay. Probably the best host we’ve ever experienced. Extremely helpful & made our stay as smooth as possible. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, spacious & fit our family of 6 perfectly(2 elderly, 3 adults & an 8 month old baby). Will definitely be staying here again when back in Rome!! Location is VERY central!!

Spacious, clean, great location!

We have a family of 5, and this apartment was perfect, not to mention Edoardo is an AMAZING host. Edoardo took care of arranging transportation from the airport and met us at the apartment to show us everything. He also had great suggestions for restaurants and gave us a run-down of how to get around Rome! The apartment is very clean and spacious. We will definitely book this spot when we return. One hundred percent recommend!

Fantastic apartment near Spanish Steps

This apartment was the perfect place for us to stay with our 3 adult children and 5 yr old grandchild. The apartment was clean and spacious and really well located. We really appreciated having a kitchen that was fully stocked so we could easily make our own breakfast. Eduoardo was very responsive and arranged airport transfers, and also stocked the refrigerator before we came , which was a big help as we were flying into Rome from various countries and only had one day there. Will definitely stay again!

Apartment was in a great location near north gate. It was clean and had all we needed. Important to note that the dryer was not working properly (was not getting hot enough to dry the clothes) so we had to hang dry our items. Communication with host was great.

Beautiful place

We loved this property. beautiful and spacious. large master with walk in closet and large master bath. two rooms with one ensuite that were both king beds. great location. extremely clean. lots of nearby restaraunts so you don’t need to worry about getting cabs etc. cute shops and very walkable to main areas. air conditioning kept the apartment very cool. would stay again.

Great vacation

We stayed here as a family of 6 ages from 79 to 14. The apartment was clean and great location. Minor issue and Edoardo was over in 10 minutes to fix it.(we popped a fuse) He was available at all times for anything. Can’t say enough great things about the property and location. The only issue to complain about would be the sleeper sofa mattress was very thin.

Fun times in Rome!

Excellent location! Apartment was as advertised, it easily fit our family of six (one on the sleeper sofa), and it was quiet. Edoardo was extremely professional and responded every time we needed something throughout the entire process. This was the first time ever renting a home through a third party, and Edoardo and team made it a huge success. We would rent this apartment next time in Rome. Thank you!

Our stay Rione IV Campo Marzio can only be described as 5 Stars. First, the location is unbeatable. It is quiet for sleeping but filled with wonderful restaurants and serves as a great access point to walk anywhere. Second, Edoardo covers every detail necessary for a comfortable stay. He coordinated transportation and his restaurant recommendations were all outstanding and memorable. This property provided us with more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable during our amazing stay in Rome. We thank you!

HIGHLY Recommend

We enjoyed the most amazing time at the Oca apartment! My husband and I and our four adult children stayed here for three nights. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed! The primary bath is like a spa! The location is excellent with great restaurants just a few steps away. We walked to the Vatican from here and to many other sites. I would highly recommend staying at this property. In fact, if we are lucky enough to return to Rome, this is where we will stay again! Thank you to Edoardo, who is an amazing owner/manager of the property. He is highly responsive and can answer any question you might have!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location

My family (wife, kids ages 12 and 14, and parents) just returned from 4 nights in Rome. We stayed at this beautiful apartment next to Piazza del Popolo. Everything is as described and serves as a great base for explorations throughout Rome. Though you can walk everywhere, there is a taxi stand just a few steps across the square. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are huge by European standards. Edoardo is wonderful at coordinating whatever you need including transfers to and from the train station or airport. His restaurant recommendations were spot on and attention to detail is great. Definitely book this property. You will not be disappointed.

A wonderful experience

We had two co-workers who had stayed at this owner's properties in the past so we knew going into it that the property would be great. Edoardo met us at the apartment upon arrival and let us check in early. He had arranged our transfer from the airport to the apartment which was seamless. The inside of the apartment is spotless, is updated and is very well decorated. The location is ideal and is in a quiet area. Edoardo helped to familiarize us with the area and was able to answer any questions. His English is outstanding which made the communications before arrival and once we were there very easy. We had a couple of questions while there and he responded immediately. When we return to Rome in the future I would definitely stay at one of his properties.

Nicely Furnished and Well Located

Our four-day stay in this apartment was comfortable. We were a group of four lady friends visiting Rome for the first time. The space was well furnished and appointed. Our host's representative met us at the agreed upon time and guided our use of the lift to get our luggage up to the apartment. She graciously showed us around the apartment and collected the rental tax due in Euros upon our arrival. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms quite spacious.The main ensuite bedroom and bath were especially spacious and nice. While we had our meals out every day, except for breakfast, we did not find any dish towels or paper towels available. That made our breakfast table and kitchen counter clean-up a bit more challenging than it should have been. We really didn't need or use the dishwasher. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. Of note, our host was good enough to arrange for drivers to pick us up on our final morning and deliver three of us to the airport and one of us to the train station at different times. A very thoughtful accommodation which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again, if we were to return to Rome in the future.

Amazing property - Amazing Service

WOW – We truly enjoyed our three night stay in this exceptional luxury 3 bedroom – two bath rental in the middle of everything in Rome = and around the corner from the Spanish Steps. Trevi Fountain etc…I have a lot to say about how well appointed the apartment was,,, Large bedrooms, huge master bath – foyer, kitchen with a breezy window and living room- But what really stands out for this apartment rental was Edoardo Gallo – the youthful owner who made this so easy/ breezy and helpful. From the minute I contacted Edoardo, months before our rental, he responded right away. I was able to email him from my work email (a lot) in the states and get quick and specific info and help … For example = we took him up on his offer to use a van service that he knew of for a transfer from the airport to his apartment. And I was so glad (as we were traveling with our 87Yr old aunt)... so right as soon as we got through the baggage area – there was our transfer person waiting - Easy! (The apartment is in an area just around the corner from a taxi “stand” and there is a way to drive to it –but again – we needed the easy way – and we got it) We needed more coffee pods for the wonderful Nepresso machine – voila – email to Edorado and there they were! Also, I told Edoardo that I needed to have the three of us to see Vatican museum/ St Paul’s and it was getting difficult to get the reservations etc. He offer to help with a private guide ~ which was wonderful – ( he was a great guide and we zipped in and saw and got out three hours later ~just what we wanted ) But the BIGGEST help that afternoon – (at the Vatican tour) was Edoardo’s extraordinary help. Here is what happened…(by no fault) my husband’s work/life/ personal iphone fell out of his pouch into the cab as we exited the cab at the Vatican – … This was realized just as the cabbie pulled off-- (everyone ran after the cab but missed her ) – W e all tried and tried calling etc… but nothing – we didn’t know that cabbie or name or anything ,,, So-- In this chaos - I emailed Edoardo = HELP! and while we were touring the Vatican– he repeatedly called my husband’s cell – and then got the lady cabbie – connected with her and got my husbands’ phone back right as we ended the three hour tour AMAZING! What service ? Not even the Ritz Carlton or other high end hotels would have invested that kind of time to help us….I would stay with Edorado in Rome again even if I only “NEEDED” a smaller place!! Love it!
