We have wifi via high -speed fiber optic where you can easily combine work with leisure enjoying everything the city of Valencia offers you. The apartment also has Smart TV in case you want to relax at the end of your day. In our equipped kitchen you will have everything you need to prepare from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner: fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, water boothing, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. The apartment also has sheets, towels, hair dryer and amenities.

Benicalap is a neighborhood full of life and diversity. Here, you will find a lot of bars, restaurants and coffee shops where you can enjoy all kinds of delicacies, from traditional tapas to more innovative dishes. The neighborhood has numerous services, such as supermarkets, shops and gyms, all one step away from your apartment. And, of course, we cannot forget the Benicalap Park, a beautiful green space ideal to give relaxing walks, make a picnic or simply disconnect from the bustle of the city.

How to move around the area



Moving through Benicalap is very simple thanks to its excellent public transport connection. The nearest subway station is Beniferri (line 1), will take you directly to the center of Valencia and other points of interest. You will also be a few steps from the Tram Florist Station, which will take you to the extensive beach of Valencia. In addition, there are several bus lines that pass through the neighborhood, which will connect you with different parts of the city. If you are one of those people who like to walk, you can arrive at the Historic Center taking a 25-30 minutes walk by immersing yourself in the urban and cosmopolitan life of the city. On the other hand, if you prefer to use a bike, Valencia has a great bicycle rental service, and Benicalap is a very friendly neighborhood for cyclists. If you come by car, there is easy access to the main roads of the city and parking available in the vicinity.
