About this property
Cozy
A spacious (90 m²) and cosy (1940s-style) historic family home in a lively residential area, located on a small square with a fountain and outdoor tables, a typical bar, and a popular restaurant. A double bedroom (with an extra bed), a bedroom (with a bunk bed—a single bed above a queen-size bed), a dining room, and a living room (with a sofa bed), all featuring large windows, overlook the street. The kitchen, equipped with a gas oven, and the bathroom, featuring a bidet and shower stall, overlook the green inner courtyard. Independent heating and air conditioning units quickly adjust the temperature as needed (reasonable energy consumption is requested). Paid parking is available nearby, including spaces for electric vehicles. High-speed Wi-Fi. An older washing machine and dryer are available for use if needed.
