New apartment, located on the Avenida da República in Vila Nova de Gaia. Located in a 15th floor of a modern building with great views of the city, in Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto with magnificent sun exposure.

This modern 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and is new. It is located in the heart of the city, the modern area of Vila Nova de Gaia, 3 minutes from the center of Porto by surface MTR. Ideal for holidays or short breaks and also a great place to live.

It features a large living room with great views of the city and a graceful balcony. The room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a 46-inch LCD TV, cable TV with over 150 channels and free wireless internet access 50 Mb / s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all appliances, equipment, and utensils needed. It also has a laundry room.

The 2 bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and super comfortable mattresses to allow a deep and relaxing sleep. One room is a suite with full bath. The other is a double bedroom, also featuring a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have windows facing west, with a great view from where you can see the sea on the horizon.

It has a private parking place in the basement.

The apartment has an area of 98 square meters.

Bath towels and new linens are provided.

There is a convenient supermarket right in front, a bus stop for several lines and the surface MTR station.

Comfortable and convenient

Nice 15th floor older style apartment, with all the necessities including undercover parking. Right on the metro/tram line and across the bridge into central Porto. Friendly/non touristy area.

Close to metro, across from grocery store, great view, comfy bed, heating system good in February.Well stocked kitchen, appliances a little old, microwave needs replacing.Agent on hand to greet and available for any questions. Overall good quality price accommodations.

Nice, comfortable stay in Vila Nova de Gaia

We loved our stay in this large, clean and comfortable apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia. The property manager was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We selected this apartment primarily due to its location and online reviews and our stay more than confirmed the reviews. The apartment was bigger than we had imagined and very comfortable for two couples. Having a nice grocery store immediately across the street was a huge bonus for us. We walked to the attractions on both sides of the Duoro during our stay. It was a pretty good hike, but downhill to get there and we took mass transportation to get back (avoiding most of the uphill climb). We had a rental car for excursions outside of Porto and the basement parking was convenient, albeit a little tight by American standards. Anyone considering a stay in the Porto area should consider staying at this apartment.

Great Location in Gaia

We were 2 adults visiting Porto for the 2nd time. We wanted something comfortable, close to everything and felt like home. This apartment checked all those boxes! Marcos was great to work with and everything went smoothly! He was extremely kind in working with us at check in as our flight arrival was early. The location is ideal for either walking into Porto or the metro is a 5 min walk from the apartment. There is also a grocery store across the street for convenience. We are already looking at dates to come back for an extended stay. We really loved the location.

Best Gaia Location

We had an amazing time. Our host was wonderful. Grocery store was conveniently across the street. The tram/metro was a 5 minute walk to in Gaia and access to Porto. The convenience of porto tasting and coming home was perfect. Local restaurants were delicious and in walking distance. The best pastry/ice cream shop O Gato is at the apartment and highly recommend! Great location for everything. Apartment was large, great balcony, very clean, elevator and very comfortable. We have already discussed our return for a longer stay. Great for couples, friends and family. Thank you, Marcos!

Super emplacement

A 4 stations du Douro. Le métro extérieur direct pour le centre historique, restau et grande surface au pied de l’immeuble. Vue dégagée sur Porto du 15e Etage. Très bon accueil et appart super. On a beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement l’environnement et l’appartement

Nova de Gaia Treasure

Superb modern flat across the Douro River from Porto. Well-furnished and had all the conveniences we needed. Easy access to Porto using public transportation. The tram stop is just up the street from the flat. Supermarket across the street. Our host Marcos was great! We hope to return to Portugal soon, and when we do, Porto will be on the itinerary again, hopefully with a stay at this flat again.

Great value and a great location

Marco was very hospitable and the location is great. Very close to the old part of Porto but just out of the busy crowds. Supermarket across the street is very convenient. The only negative was the lack of air-conditioning. The unit is on the 15th floor of a concrete building and so it heats up. We were there during a hot spell so this was noticeable. Otherwise a great stay.

A pleasant stay

Upon arrival, we were briefed with details and given local places to eat & shop. Access to the Metro was easily managed. The building was quite & safe. Would come back in a heartbeat!

El apartamento espacioso y cómodo, sobretodo las camas grandes y súper cómodas. La plaza de garaje tb era espaciosa. Muy bien situada, con tienda para comprar, panadería, muy bien comunicada por transporte público, además de estar a unos 17 minutos del centro a ritmo de paseo y las vistas atravesando el Puente Luis son espectaculares.

Além de ser muito bem equipado, possui uma decoração clean e bonita, além de uma vista maravilhosa nos quartos e na sala. Ótima localização em Gaia, próximo de supermercados e transporte.
