This Charming 2 Bedroom Killington Gateway Condo sleeps 5-8 comfortably for the perfect family, couples or friends mountain vacation. The ENTIRE Condo was gut renovated from the studs up on September 2022 and is brand new including all the furniture, 3 wall mounted TV's, all new carpet, beds & Pillow Top Mattresses!. No detail was overlooked with this extensive and superb renovation. Killington Vermont is located just 3 hours from Boston & 4.5 from NYC. The Killington Gateway complex is situated on 26 beautiful acres of heavily forested land & consists of two, four story buildings.

Please note: you will need to fill out Covid-19 forms (2) , rental application, provide ID and Major Credit card before gaining entry to the Community. All forms and docs should be filled out at least 2 business days in advance of the rental and within 36 hours of your booking or the community will assess a $40 fee that you must reimburse me on. Absolutely no more than 8 people and 3 cars are allowed on the lot. Social distancing penalties and fines start at $1000 per day. No other guests can visit the Lot while you are there. All names and ages must be registered on the application when submitted.

Vermont Getaway

The condo was lovely and met all our expectations! It was in a great location to explore Rutland, Killington and the surrounding areas and we enjoyed the pool and tennis courts, too! John, the owner, offered great recommendations for dining and exploring, and was easy to contact and communicate with. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed

Great host - helpful, detailed, sent great recommendations! Clean place with everything we needed. Near lots of hiking and other outdoor activities. And we enjoyed the pool on the property. Perfect for a small family.

Perfect spot to stay for the World Cup races! Very reasonably priced, plenty of space for all, newly updated.... couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you for sharing your place with us! Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves in the area again.

Great Weekend Ski Trip

The location was perfect—just a short drive to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient to hit the mountain early and return after a long day of skiing.The condo itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals, and the living room was perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The fireplace added a nice touch, making it feel extra cozy. John was very helpful to anything we needed. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We can’t wait to return next season!

Family ski vacation

We chose this property due to its close proximity to Killington ski resort. It is a short drive and conveniently located. The positives are that it has a full kitchen, open to the living area, that has recently been updated. The beds were comfortable.There is a nice porch with seating if you enjoy that. I’m not a huge fan of cleaning before I leave and somehow overlooked this aspect of this property. I felt the tub needs a good bleach scrub. There are no closets in either bedroom which is a minor inconvenience, but makes fully unpacking difficult. Checking in and out was easy and the owner communicated well. Overall, I would stay here again with plans to pay extra for the cleaning.

Berry satisfied with this condo.

The renovations were very noticeable. The kitchen and living room is as shown in pictures (very nice). The beds and furniture were all very comfy. I was very happy to see that there was a ps2 and about 20 classic ps2 games there. We spent the end of our nights playing the ps2 and watching older dvds that were there as well. I will come back here on our next ski trip to vermont. The only thing that I might warn you about is that it can get pretty icy in the parking lot, but we were in killington, Vermont during a pretty big snow storm. So, the ice was well worth the natural snow that we had at the ski resort. The roads however were very well maintained the next day.

Nice clean condo close to Pico and Killington

Nice two bedroom one bath condo close to mountains and Rutland. Small quiet complex. Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable layout. Owner was easy to work with.

Great Ski Condo

Place is outfitted quite well. The kitchen has pretty much every item you'd want and we cooked a good number of meals in it (could use a new main cutting knife though). There are extension and power cords with extra plugs exactly where you'd want them (like in the middle of the big couch), they have extra hdmi wires out of the tv, just smart thinking for convenience. You're also only 15 min away from Killington, even closer to Pico. Plenty of couch space, a nice little balcony, and everything is well maintained. Water pressure is fantastic as well (should get an optional handheld unit for the shower). Had to ask someone where to put the garbage as it wasn't in our section, so directions to that prior would be good to include. My only real complaint is that the electric heater in the 2nd room is a bit loud, so I had to keep it completely off during the night in order to fall asleep. Also the wifi is a bit slow as everyone in the condo seems to be running on the same connection node. Could possibly use a new sound bar as well as it's a bit finicky. Overall though, enjoyed our 9 day visit and would stay there again.

Killington Weekend Rental

Good location and appreciated the directions to the condo in the notes and website. Had to call/text for the entry code as that wasn't given ahead of time, having it would've been checking in easier. Otherwise it's a very nice and clean condo, lived up to expectations and very close to Killington and Pico. Wouldnt hesitate to rent again.

Amazing Condo. Couldn't Ask For More!

I stayed at this amazing place from 9/3/18-9/6/18 for a ski vacation. The car ride up was scenic and quick. Upon entering, I immediately noticed the condo was newly renovated, super clean and looked better than the photos! Bedroom was clean and spacious with the most comfortable beds.The check-in process was fast and easy. During our stay Johnny was very responsive and walked us through everything. I wanted a short getaway vacation and we could not have asked for anything better. I will definitely be coming back!

Disappointing

The pictures and description were a little misleading. Overall, the condo could use a little attention. Light bulbs were burned out in the kitchen, the clock needed a new battery and the deck furniture was not clean enough to even sit on. The hallways in the building had a musty, cigarette smoke kind of smell and there was a massive mold stain on the ceiling in the bathroom. Unfortunately, our visit was during a major heat wave in July and it was very uncomfortable without air conditioning. There were ceiling fans in the bedrooms and main living area but we couldn't open the windows in the bedroom due to a lack of screens. The owner did get us some temporary screens on our 2nd day but one of the windows did not close at the top and a towel was put in to block the opening. He said they are not allowed to have a/c window units but we saw several condos with air conditioners in the complex. The TV in the main living area is so complicated we couldn't figure it out. The directions are a little confusing in that it says it's not hooked up yet but then gives directions on how to operate it? We never could figure it out. Also clean sheets were left folded on the bottom of the bed and we were responsible for making our beds when we got there. Not easy with the beds pushed up against the wall (or after a long trip). This is probably the trade-off for not paying a cleaning fee but I would have preferred to pay someone to at least do the basics. We ended up leaving a day early because we were so uncomfortable. The owner was responsive, but I think too much emphasis was put on the technological aspects of the condo and not enough attention to the cleanliness of the condo and the comfort of the renter.

GREAT LOCATION. CLOSE TO PICO AND KILLINGTON

The condo was cozy and warm and had everything we needed with pots pans and utensils. Stayed here for Spartan BEAST RACE with a group of 5. easy accessible place "KILLINGTON GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM" I highly recommend this spot it would be great to do a ski trip at this place. i would definitely book this place again.

Nice location!

The property was nice, lots of living space but the bathroom got crammed at times ( there was 6 of us). The individual heaters in the room were great! Kitchen was well stocked with ample cooking supplies and the house was very clean. The owner was nice enough to let us stay an extra day ( because of the crazy snowstorm) the location is great, close to both killington and pico, and also close to rutland. The building the condo is in is a little strange, but the condo itself was very nice. The owner is reasonable but also very profit oriented in the way the rental agreement is layed out.

Wonderfu, very relaxing place with everything you need!

We had a ladies weekend and so very much enjoyed staying here. The place had everything we needed, the beds were perfect and the sheets were ultra soft! The location was great for touring the area. John was very attentive to all of my questions and I never felt that I was being a bother. It was a great weekend!

Awesome, centrally located, fully stocked condominium.

From the moment I drove into the parking lot and stepped foot in the condo I realized I made an excellent choice. The condo had everything my daughters and I could possibly need and more for our stay. The gas fireplace was awesome, and the Bosch dishwasher dealt with some pretty gnarly meals I made during my stay with ease. When I say centrally located I mean it. Located smack dab in between the town of Killington (home of Killington ski area) and the city of Rutland, it's perfectly situated. The area has many attractions for the vacationer to visit. If that's not enough you're located 1 hour east of Lake George, NY, 1 hour west of White River Junction VT and West Lebanon, NH and 30 minutes West of picturesque Woodstock, VT. As you can see there are a plethora of activities within an hour's drive. Speaking as a father of two teenagers (17 and 19) as well as a 9 -year-old, there are countless activities for both them and me. About the condo, as I stated before it was stocked with everything we needed for our stay and more. Each bedroom as well as the main living area had flatscreen TVs hooked up to the local cable service (Comcast) in addition the TV in the main living area had a Blu-ray DVD player which besides playing regular and blue Ray DVD's it was also hooked up to Netflix and surroundsound, there were a few older DVDs available. Bedroom number 1 had DVD player and bedroom number 2 had a PlayStation (not being a gamer myself I couldn't tell you what version PlayStation it was) however, there was selection of six games or so. The owner John was a pleasure to deal with and for those times that I had questions he got back to me in a timely manner. As a teacher and a customer service associate I highly valued this. He could not have been more open and honest during the whole rental process and during my stay. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose. Thanks John. Just so you know Google maps from my smart phone was able to find the condo with ease.

Great location close the the hills!

The place is really in a nice quiet place. We were 4 friends and there was plenty of room. Make sure you read carefully John directions because GPS won't get you there!
