See full details.. *****Large heated indoor pool/large jacuzzi/steam room/sauna/gym/massages, etc.. ..1800 sq. ft. Spacious Duplex style Townhouse(not condo) located in 'The Woods Resort & Spa'. With a beautiful pond located right outside your oversize deck, this 4 season home can be enjoyed year round. Located 5 minutes from Killington lodges, 10 minutes from PICO, this luxury "end unit" is newly carpeted. With a TV in each bedroom and living room, everyone has a place to go. It has 1 KING Bed, 1 Queen Bed, & a pull out sofa bed.. . The upstairs MASTER BEDROOM has a JACUZZI & Sauna..The large living room with its Cathedral ceiling & wood burning fireplace (wood provided free) is the perfect setting to relax in. On the large deck outside with gas grill, BBQ's are frequent & much time is spent sitting on the deck or at the foot of the pond. Wifi through the house. Well behaved pets considered.

***** There is a 3 night minimum over MLK & Presidents Weekend.

But one of the main attractions to The Woods Resort & Spa is its Luxury Amenities center. Open year round, it is free to all guests & has the following: Large 75 foot heated 'L' shaped pool with lap lane, lounge chairs poolside, 2 Jacuzzis, large steam room, sauna, well equipped fitness room with free weights, machines, cardio, TV, etc., 3 clay tennis courts. Also available is a full list of spa treatments to pamper yourself or loved ones. (Ala carte). Killington is truly a '4' season resort...

Mini vacation

Quick few days away was great. The location is awesome and everything was within a few minutes. The pool and gym have some funny hours but we tried to take advantage as much as we could. Owner was very responsive to questions and will definitely be back with the family again!

Family ski trip

This place was perfect for our annual family ski trip. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. It was in a great location, close to the slopes as well as restaurants and shops. We loved the wood burning fire place and sauna! The communication with the owners was excellent.

Short 2 nights stay

It was a short but great stay. Everything was clean. It was very spacious. Everything working up to proper order. The sauna was an added delight and many great food places within minutes drive.

Thank you for the comfortable stay!

A family of 3 and a dog enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom unit over the New Years. The place is clean and close to Killington. The furnishings and kitchen could use some upgrades but we adapted. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace, gym and pool. We didn’t have chance to use the sauna and jacuzzi in the unit but they appeared functional. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Can’t wait to go back

This townhouse was the perfect fit for our stay. We loved its location to the mountain and the restaurants. The spa was amazing and we went daily after snowboarding. The fire place made it so cozy in the evenings. We will absolutely try to stay here again next year.

Walkable to Rivershed, great space

The condo was easily walkable to Rivershed and firewood was included. Soap/Shampoo was included in each bathroom. Laundry in the unit, nice big 2 story family room was great to hang out in. Would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable condo near Killington

Two of us stayed five days in this property. We were attending an event at Killington - and appreciated the location. The mountain is less than ten minutes away. The condo is comfortable and spacious. Communications with the owners and manager were very good.

Cozy in the Woods

We had a wonderful time staying at The Woods. Great location, so close to slopes and restaurants. We were fortunate to have lots of snow! Conditions were fabulous! Our host was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

This condo was a perfect fit for our ski trip. Just minutes from the mountain made it effortless to get first tracks of the amazing snow we got that weekend. It also was just steps away from The Rivershed restaurant, a new favorite of ours. The condo was clean, spacious and well kept. The access to the spa's hot tub was much appreciated after a long day on the slopes. Would absolutely stay again, and this property will be our first choice for future trips.

Best Stay in Killington

This townhouse had everything we needed. Excellent space in the bedrooms and common rooms. A stocked kitchen for making meals. A great fireplace. And only a five minute drive to the ski lodges! We had a wonderful stay! Rich was highly responsive and gracious. We hope to be back.

Townhome at The Woods

The home is listed as a Deluxe townhome, which was a little misleading. The home is nice, but lacks upgrades from when these homes were first built, which I believe would make this a Deluxe home. The home was clean and we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. And it was nice to find a home that allowed our dog to join us.

Family vacation

We were able to spend a lovely weekend away skiing with great accommodations. House was clean, spacious and matches online description. Short drive to the mountain and restaurants.

Great place

This property was perfect for our skiing at Killington and Pico. Convenient to the mountain and to restaurants, but also well equipped for cooking in. Great po ch with side yard to play fetch with the dogs-loved that the condo complex had “pet waste” buckets available outside. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a good time in Killington. This townhome was convenient to everything. Skiing is right down the road and restaurants are an easy quick drive away, one very good place right across the street. It snowed the last morning we were there and the parking lot was plowed by 6:30am. Someone was taking care of cleaning the sidewalks by 8am. We also used the spa hot tub one day and had massages the next. Some review said that the unit was dated? This is true. But that did not bother us at all. Thanks so much!
