The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a building with a lift. It is fully equipped, ready for short and long stays. Perfect for business trips.

Space: The studio consists of a room with a balcony, kitchen and bathroom,

Room:
Is equipped with a comfortable double bed providing sleeping comfort, bedside tables, TV

Kitchen:
Is fully equipped. It contains all the necessary things to prepare and serve meals.

Bathroom: there is a toilet, shower and washbasin in it. For guests there is a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, washing machine.

Extensive wardrobe in the building: iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

Surrounding:
There is really everything. It would be simpler to write what you do not have :)

walk: 10 min - Praski Park and Warsaw Zoo
15 min - Crossing the bridge over the old town or 5 minutes by tram.
15 min - National Stadium or 5-10 mins by tram or metro

5 min from the Metro station Dw Wileński or tram park Park Praski

From the Chopin Airport (Okęcie): 35-45 PLN (arrival time 27-37 min), uber 27-35 PLN
From PKP Central Train Station: 18-22 PLN (journey time 13-15 minutes), uber 14-18 PLN

Guest access:
Guests have access to all equipment in the apartment. Make yourself at home :)
There is coffee, black / green tea on site. Brita filtered water, cosmetics set and towels.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals as much as at home.

There is a playground for children in the estate.

Other important information:
The apartment is completely non-smoking. The property does not accept pets. For breaking the above regulations, a fee of 550 PLN will be charged for the event.
The apartment is not allowed to organize events, social events and conduct any form of business. The apartment can accommodate no more than the number of people specified in the booking. For breaking the above regulations will be charged a fee of 1500 PLN.
This also applies to the arrival of the police / municipal guard. The apartment is only for accommodation purposes.

Please observe the quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00.

Check-in after 21:30 incurs an additional fee of 35 PLN. Check-out is at 11:00. If you do not inform about the desire to check out later, a fee of PLN 25 will be charged for each hour started. Therefore, please let staff know in advance to avoid payment
