Eskdale Retreat in Boot, Cumbria, sleeps 16 guests in eight bedrooms.
Eskdale Retreat is a luxurious property split between a main house and a coach house, offering eight en-suite bedrooms. The main house includes super-king-size zip/link rooms, a twin, and a bunk room, plus an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove, snug, cinema room, utility, and Alpine-style boot room. The coach house adds two more bedrooms and its own living space. Outside, enjoy private gardens, a hot tub, bike storage for 16, and EV charging for two cars. WiFi, Bluetooth sound systems, and a Nespresso machine are provided. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Private dining, guided hikes, yoga, and adventure activities can be arranged. Week-long bookings only during school summer holidays. Perfect for family and friends—no stag/hen parties, weddings, or commercial events.

Bedroom 2- Stanley Ghyll, ground floor,- super-king-size bed (zip/link can be twin on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room. Sitting room. Neff single oven, Neff oven/microwave, Neff integrated extractor induction hob, Neff dishwasher, Neff fridge/freezer, Neff washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine. Both Main House and Coach House -. WiFi. Off-road parking for up to 8 cars. 2 x EV charging points. Secure bike storage for up to 14 bikes. Bike washing facilities. Hot Tub. Private gardens with meadow, woodland, lawns and furniture and also a fabulous Zen Den, this air-conditioned wooden garden building is perfect for yoga or Pilates (12 mats provided) and for table tennis, it is also an amazing space for retreat group activities.. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles. There are four pubs within the valley, two of which are within easy walking distance.
