Surrounded by typical vineyards and olive groves, the villa is both elegant and comfortable, both on the inside and the external courtyard which surrounds the villa.



The villa is well cared for and tastefully furnished in the typical, Italian style. Arriving at the villa one is immediately struck by the colours and the perfumes of the traditional, Tuscan garden, vegetable garden and fruit trees. The stone walls, the flower gardens and the luxury of the plants are the results of particular care and attention.



The pool is decorated with mosaics, is on the terrace directly below the villa has an unobstructed view over the surrounding Tuscan hills and sunsets, which create a magic atmosphere on the Summer evenings.Attached to the main pool there is a heated hydromassage pool.



Between the villa and the pool there is also a wellness area. The area is underground and is therefore cool during the day, especially in the Summer. The doors of the gym open onto the pool area , allowing the guests to enjoy the view whilst working out. There is also a changing room , bathroom and shower.

The villa is situated very close to all of the major historical art sites of Tuscany (Florence, Siena, San Gimignano) which make it very relaxing and pleasant in all seasons.



Villa Il Convento is divided into two buildings. The villa itself is approx.530 sq.mtrs. and the cottage beside it is 80 sq. Mtrs. The villa is laid out on two floors, access is protected by two gates and the estate is fenced in.



The villa is furnished in the classic and rustic style of the Tuscan house, but also satisfies the necessities of modern tourists. It hosts 10 people plus a divan bed in one of the sitting rooms for another two people.



The cottage , at only a few metres from the villa, has, on the ground floor, an open space with high ceilings, a delightful lounge room with fireplace, kitchen, dining area and a bathroom with shower. On the floor above there is a spacious bedroom looking over the lounge. The cottage has its own entrance and is capable of hosting two plus another one on a sofa bed.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of the villa itself is full of light and very airy; it has a large dining room which opens onto the garden and also a fireplace for Winter evenings. It has to kitchens, various lounge rooms for relaxing, reading, watching TV , playing cards or simply enjoying a good glass of Chianti wine in comfort and privacy. On the same floor there is a comfortable double bedroom with private bathroom.



First Floor

On the upper floor of the villa there are four double bedrooms, one of which has to single beds that can be made into a matrimonial. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.The bedrooms face onto a large lounge room with a big, typical Tuscan fireplace. This room is perfect as a relax area or for using the computer etc. Air conditioning is available on this floor.
