Relaxed Retreat With Pool

Golf enthusiasts beware! This holiday home is located near La Duquesa Golf, a beautiful golf resort near the sea and suitable for all levels. And within a radius of 20 minutes drive are at least 7 other golf resorts, the region is also called the "Costa del Golf". The modern and comfortably furnished holiday home is located in a small-scale complex and overlooks a sunbathing area, almost "at your doorstep"!. Want more privacy than enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds on the roof terrace. And wide (sandy) beaches are less than 2 km away. The beach can even be reached within walking distance via a footbridge. The house is located near the harbor Puerto de La Duquesa where you will find cozy restaurants and bars. The picturesque town of Estepona is about a 20-minute drive away, where you can stroll through the colorful streets to find nice shops and delicious restaurants. Note: The swimming pool is now open for guest use until further notice.

Lovely spacious house. Got everything you need for a comfortable stay, including iron, ironing board, hairdryer and plenty hangers in the wardrobes. Plenty linen, towels and pool towels supplied. I would ignore the fact it states bbq available. It is tiny and stuffed under a hedge so not really useable. Lovely roof top terrace with great views but not furnished.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans le logement.Il est bien conçu avec ses 3 chambres et 3 sdb. Très bien situé pour les plages et les visites. Néanmoins, nous avons été déçus par la propreté et l'hygiène de la maison : linge de maison sale et tâché (nous avons tout changé en arrivant) 1 tancarville cassé, table et chaises d'extérieur trop vieilles, (chaises abîmées et sales), transats et coussins sales, donc non utilisés. Le four était très sale, il a du être nettoyé suite à notre signalement. De plus, aucune porte fenêtre ne pouvait être vérouillée dans les chambres.C'est dommage car le logement est pratique et bénéficie d'un gros potentiel. Il mériterait d'être entièrement nettoyé par une entreprise spécialisée. Nous avons quand même passé une bonne semaine, mais il faut vraiment améliorer les points énoncés et renouveler certains équipements.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans le logement Il est bien conçu avec ses 3 chambres et 3 sdb. Très bien situé pour les plages et les visites. Heerlijk huisje, mooi licht en sfeervol ingericht. Rustige omgeving, smorgens hoor je de vogeltjes vrolijk fluiten. Kiezen waar je gaat zitten om te genieten; aan de achterkant van het huis bij de veranda en het zwembad, aan de voorkant van het huis met vrij uitzicht over de natuur of op het dakterras voor een heerlijke bries en prachtig uitzicht. 3 verdiepingen volledig tot je beschikking. Fijne host, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben enorm genoten! Zeker aan te bevelen!
