Welcome to Flat B at Croydon Road Dwelling. The property is accessed from the main road, with a key code for entry at the front door. Once inside, take the stairs on the right-hand side to reach the first floor, where you'll find the flat. Two key boxes are located outside the property door, with the property keys stored in the upper box. Access codes will be provided separately with your check-in details.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience. The main living area, located next to the kitchen, offers a relaxing space with a comfy sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
There are two bedrooms in the flat. The first bedroom, located on the right as you enter, is a twin room with hanging space and drawers for storage. The second bedroom, further down the hallway, is a double room with ample wardrobe space.
The main bathroom features a walk-in shower, hand basin, and WC, and also houses the washing machine for your convenience.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Great flat
This is a great flat, in a nice town. It was clean, tidy, all the items that you need, and well presented. Located on a main street, with lots of nice places to eat nearby. Local parking can be found in the vicinity. The communications leading up to the stay, were great and informative. The questions I sent were answered quickly. Would stay again.

Communication about flat location was confusing so we needed to phone for advice. Inside the property was neat and comfortable, but not as clean as we’d have liked. Milk sachets in fridge over a year out of date! Smart TV couldn’t just be turned on to reach BBC/ITV etc, and no TV instructions available inside property.
