A quiet and beautifully re-done Condo in the South end of Palm Springs! The pool overlooks the balcony along with humming birds and the gorgeous San Jacinto Mountains. You are walking distance to Koffi, The Ace Hotel Ralphs Grocery and Downtown is 15 minutes. This is truly a place to Relax and enjoy, the hand-made tile in the kitchen is imported from Mexico -all appliances are new as well as the air-conditioning. The Condo complex has barbeque pits as well as Tennis Courts looking at majestic San Jacinto mountain. The pool is heated and is surrounded by olive and citrus trees. The Jacuzzi is the perfect size to enjoy either by yourself or with family. At night .is really a treat...while soaking in it looking at the start or at the "shadow" (The mountain).
