Check in was superior. Apartment immaculate. We were met by Giuseppe who was great, could not have been more accommodating. AC good. Nice porch. Kitchen was well stocked. Particularly nice to have good coffee provided as well as oil and vinegar. Location on a quiet street behind the Soane (spectacular free house museum), and a block from M&S grocery store and many restaurants. Issues that could easily be addressed but made the apartment feel less accommodating were lack of dressers for cloths and hooks for hanging towels or cloths. The master which had a large closet could have held a large dresser. The few hooks were so high up, they were hard to reach. One bedroom was tiny and needed a set of drawers or a suitcase holder in the closet as there was no where to put anything. The other bedrooms could use the same.

Lovely stay in London with warm host

Lovely host, Giuseppe, welcomed us to the flat to show us around and was very nice and a first. Overall good location in London, with a 5 min walk to Holborn Tube stop and 6 min walk to bus stop, with park close by. Lots of good restaurants around, including lovely Sunday roast at the Ship Tavern. The flat is two storeys with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on the lower level and living space/kitchen on second level. There are stairs between the two levels as well as the common elevator. We were lucky to have portable AC units for each of the bedrooms and AC in the upper living space. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided, as well as plenty of towels and sheets. Laundry available as a dual washer/dryer with detergent provided.The kitchen was well stocked for coffee pods, tea, oil, salt/pepper and cookware/utensils etc. Dishwasher and detergent available also. Not a huge deal but a few things that we found a bit challenging were the lack of towel racks/hooks, resorting to hanging towels in closets (with very high rods), lack of storage space for clothes and no luggage rack.We did have some issues with internet (it's not exactly high speed) but Giuseppe resolved the issues quickly and was very helpful/responsive. He truly wanted us to have a stress-free time.Overall, we bad a good stay with a warm host and is ideal for friends/family (older than toddlers) to stay at.
