London Victoria (7–10 minutes): Main transport hub with Trains going all over the UK and Metros taking you all over London plus London Open Air Sightseeing buses: Hamilton is on here! After the theatre why not explore Sir Simon Milton Square with its fantastic selection of eateries and wine bars, perfect for an evening out.

Sloane Square (10 minutes):
The heart of Londons fashionable Chelsea! Discover the iconic King’s Road, famous since the 1960s for its influence on fashion, culture, and shopping. Theres also the Royal Court Theatre for sampling the London Theatre scene!

The Space
This beautiful triplex townhouse is spread across three floors (ground, first, and second) in a charming Victorian building from 1870, designed by the renowned architect Sir Thomas Cubitt.

Located on a quiet, residential street, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. You’ll have three good-sized bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors (American 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors) with 2 x King Beds and 1 x Double Bed and a spacious ground floor living room featuring a glass dining table with chairs for dining and an Italian leather sofa bed that easily folds out into a full-size double bed. This is perfect for families or groups who need flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

The ground floor (American 1st floor) has a full bathroom with a shower bath, WC, and basin, ideal for those who may have difficulty with stairs.

The ground (American 1st) floor kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, and all necessary utensils, plates, cups, and cutlery.

The separate breakfast room on the 1st (American 2nd) floor with a cafetiere, gas hob, and additional fridge freezer is ideal for a relaxed start to the day.

Comfort and Convenience:
Living room: Featuring high ceilings, chandeliers, and a stylish decor, this space also has a flatscreen TV with Netflix, Prime, and other TV channels for entertainment.

Bathrooms: There are three modern bathrooms, each with shower-bath combinations, wash hand basins, and WC.

The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.
Guest Bedroom: The second and third bedrooms both have vanity basins, mirrors, and desks for added convenience and share a bathroom
The ground (American 1st) floor has a third bathroom.

Additional amenities: Fast Wi-Fi, quality freshly pressed bed linen, soft bath sheets, and original wooden floors upstairs, with quartz floors on the ground floor.

Guest Access - You will have exclusive use of the entire triplex:The living room with a sofa bed and flatscreen TV. Three double bedrooms (2 x King beds and 1 x Double bed). Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes, tables or dressing tables, and its own vanity basin.

Conservatory breakfast room: Enjoy your morning coffee in this light-filled space.Fully equipped kitchen: Includes everything you need for preparing meals during your stay, with integrated appliances.

Additional Notes
CCTV: For added peace of mind, the front and rear of the property have CCTV, though the area is very safe and upscale.

This girl’s trip to London in December was fun, but what made it epic was our host Simone and her perfectly located townhome! Simone was very responsive, often replying to a daily inquiry within five minutes. Her recommendations in the area were terrific! The townhome was located within walking distance of some of the most iconic attractions in London. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location. Our group of 4 mid-60s college friends walked everywhere! Simone provided helpful recommendations for local pubs, restaurants and sightseeing. Beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have sinks in the bedrooms that didn’t have an en suite bathrooms.

Lovely, clean, and comfortable multi-story townhouse in a safe neighborhood convenient to all London has to offer. The property host, Simone, was so very helpful in addressing all questions and making suggestions for restaurants, shopping and navigating the area. She is extremely responsive to communications as well. Our group of 4 women could not have been happier!

Lovely townhouse in quiet safe neighborhood in London. Close to metro, train/bus station, and close to many of the must see sights in London. Stairs are narrow and some rooms on 3rd level so take care. There were 2 kitchens which was a nice little bonus.

This house is perfect for a stay in London!! Gorgeous British charm with all modern comforts. The breakfast room is so adorable! The house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Perfect location in the Belgravia neighborhood which is absolutely gorgoues. Quick walk to the train. Simone is an amazing host- she communicated the whole time via What’s App and gave amazing recommendations all over the city. We will absolutely be back!

Really lovely!

The location of this place was perfect for our family! The property is on a quiet, residential street, but just a quick walk to shopping and wonderful restaurants. Simone truly went above and beyond to be sure we had plenty of recommendations for pubs, activities, and sightseeing. As a family, we loved sitting in the little breakfast room. The split levels of the townhome worked great for us -- teens on one level, adults on the other. Overall, it was a great stay!!

Great location

Wonderful neighborhood. Comfortable queen size beds. It is a triplex and there are stairs with no bathrooms on the third floor. Host was great and very responsive. We loved it!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully decorated!!! There were 5 of us and the bathroom setup was great for us. It was convenient to get to the tube and the plaes we wanted to see. Simone was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Well Maintained Property

This property was beautiful and well maintained. The owner was very available to us for questions or concerns. We experienced a problem with heat and hot water, which was handled quickly and efficiently. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful home in a great location. Communication with Simone was easy and she was very helpful and accommodating. 15 minutes to the Victoria tube station. Less than 10 minutes to Elizabeth Street. We had a fantastic time and would love to return

Simone's is an amazing host! Our family spent a week in her beautiful home. The flat was very spacious for all of us and we all were very comfortable. The three bathrooms made it very easy for us all to get ready for the day. The water pressure for showering was great!Before we arrived Simone sent us excellent information on tours and what to experience in London. Her flat is located in a great spot. It is very close to the Victoria underground train station. It is also close to many restaurants and great shopping. The flat is on a very quiet street.Thank you Simone. We would definitely stay in your home on our next trip to London!

Very clean, very quiet neighborhood, communication with host was excellent. Kitchens were well equipped. i would recommend this property for people who don’t mind stairs. The showers were in the bathtubs with nothing to hold onto while getting in and out. I believe this is normal, but I am a little too old to hop in and hop out and not worry about slipping. There is no carpeting in first floor bedroom.

Great choice for London stay

Recently returned from a weeklong visit to London. We were 6 adults and were very comfortable in this lovely apartment. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to Victoria Station. It is only 2 blocks from the Thames and an easy walk to Battersea where there are several dining options and the Uber boat. The apartment is immaculate and well stocked!Simone was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all of our questions. The apartment is multi-leveled so there are stairs to climb to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors. This was not an issue for our group but there is a pullout couch and full bath on the 1st floor for someone with mobility issues. I would highly recommend Simone’s place when planning a visit to London!

Great spot in London!

Some friends and I traveled to London for a long weekend at the last minute and booked Simone’s home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. First, Simone is incredibly responsive and hospitable. She provided our group with wonderful recommendations for restaurants, bars, and attractions in the area. Additionally, the home was very clean and reflected the pictures perfectly. The home was fully stocked with everything you may need for your stay. The WiFi worked wonderfully and the water pressure in the home was incredible - little things that help make the stay even more convenient. Also, we arrived early and Simone was kind enough to let us check-in before the originally agreed upon time. I highly recommend this property for your next trip!

We had a lovely stay! The rooms are spacious. The location is walking distance to two underground stations. There’s plenty to do in the neighborhood. And my 88-year old mother had a great accommodation w few stairs and a room with her own bathroom. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in London!
