Bienvenido a este hermoso edificio de tres pisos ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. Paso derecho a su puerta y caminar a la hermosa playa. Usted tendrá su propia playa privada que nunca está lleno como el otro condominio de alto aumento en la zona. Y usted tendrá dos sillas de playa y un paraguas esperando su uso personal cada mañana durante los meses de verano. Tome el ascensor a este condominio de loft de dos pisos con suelo de baldosas thru-out. Este espacioso apartamento tiene 2 dormitorios con camas king size y 2 baños. Desde el salón / comedor, tiene una vista panorámica de las playas desde su balcón privado con vista al brillante Golfo de México. También tiene un bar muy agradable y un sofá cama. Arriba, el dormitorio principal se abre a un segundo balcón. El baño principal también se abre a un balcón privado con vistas a la ciudad. Usted tiene su propia lavadora y secadora en el condominio, WIFI gratuito, y una cocina totalmente equipada actualizada. Venga a jugar en la piscina climatizada frente a la playa y en el hidromasaje o salga a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I never want to stay in 203 again. It had a creepy vibe to it. There was a locked door in the bathroom and I kept hearing noises. The tile from the ceiling feel in the bed while I was sleeping. There is rust everywhere including the shower and the freezer racks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing! The management is sketchy. They told me a day before check in there would be construction and the construction was so loud! No discounts offered or anything for the inconvenience of never being able to enjoy sleeping in while on vacation. And then they complain if you make noise after their 9pm quiet time rule. We also had beach chairs stolen by someone that works there. Management claimed to not be able to see on camera who it was. But when they showed up to the beach with our chairs, they admitted stealing them and gave them back. Beautiful unit though, totally renovated and clean. Could use a few rugs to help catch sand and more blankets on the beds!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Seafarer twice a year since 2017 but we spend some time looking for another place to stay. We we arrived scaffolding all over the building, getting ready for renovation, it would have been nice to know before arrival Rm203 had multiple lights that were out (most in the bathroom) Coffee make has seen better days. Vanity Stool falling apart, no lamps on any end tables, makes it tough to read. All in all rm 203 not very inviting or comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I just spent a week with some friends at Seafarer #203. The condo has just been recently renovated and it is just plain beautiful!! The view when you walk in the door is stunning with the wall of glass overlooking the ocean. We have been to Destin a lot and this was our 2nd stay at the Seafarer. I love the location of the condo and also the proximity to the water. Just a few steps and you're on the beach! The building is only a 3 story so there aren't a ton of people on the beach. And the complimentary chairs & umbrella were so nice to have every day! We are 2 doors down from The Back Porch so that was fun to be able to walk over and have dinner or drinks. Walmart is basically right across the highway. They supply you with a few essentials like trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc. to get you started. So we had to buy salt and pepper, foil, more trash bags, t.p., paper towels, etc. for the week.We had an issue with the upstairs bedroom not cooling off so we called the office and they came right away to check it out. The mini split was made inoperable in the renovation due to extra ductwork being installed. But it was definitely too warm upstairs. Once we figured out how to close vents downstairs to force air upstairs, it was fine.Overall, we loved the unit and it's location!

Room was clean and comfortable. I would have like to have had more towels for the bathrooms as we had to wash towels nearly each night to ensure we had clean towels for the next day. Master shower was nice but could use a good cleaning. Unit 203 advertised a sleeper sofa but the sofa is not a sleeper. The tv stand does have a pullout bed but one of the hinges is broke that supports the bed. We’ll definitely be back to the Seafarer as the location is perfect but we will likely try another unit.

Location is superb

The Condo was super nice, but really showing the wear and tear on every surface. Rust inside appliances, chipped paint, broken and dated furniture. The Location and amenities are why we booked and they were great. Steps to the beach, decent dining, the pool etc. The noise surrounding the condo group could be heard within the unit- so that was annoying. The check in process was smooth and simple. We got there on a very cold day and had to ask for extra blankets, which were met with some resistance from the staff. We received two, but ended up at Target to buy some since it was just so chilly. The weather was unseasonably cold, but we enjoyed the beach and pool and other activities around town. We also had to buy our own beach towels as none were provided by the management company and they give you just enough bath towels for each person staying. Overall it was a decent stay. The location of the unit would bring us back, but we will definitely be more prepared to bring additional needed items like toilet paper, trash bags etc. Not helpful when you fly in and then have to buy it.
