The outdoor pool and kiddie pool are heated during cooler months. Property wide Wi-fi, extends to the beach for conveniently keeping in touch with friends and family.

The entire unit has not just been updated but also upgraded to include a coded entry. Walk in from the beach to our comfortable condo. Then wash the sand off in the beautifully remodeled master bath with its custom tiled walk-in shower or put the kids in the bathtub in the spacious second bathroom. Feel pampered when wrapped in the plush new Pottery Barn towels. Meals are a pleasure to prep on quartz counters. All new large appliances as well as blender, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, crock-pot, and electric can opener, complete the fully appointed kitchen. Beach service is available from March to October, for a fee. Beach service rentals include rental of already set up umbrellas, and chairs. However, we include free access to our secure large beach locker. Our locker is equipped with beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and a beach wagon! Our locker is only 15 steps to the sand.

Summer activities include s'mores by the fire, movie nights and pool parties.
