Colosseum Suite Apartment is located 7 minutes walk from Colosseum and the Roman Forum. It can accommodate up to 2 people. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathrooms and a small kitchenette. It is located on the ground floor with direct entrance from a quiet street in Monti district, a short distance from vintage shops, gourmet restaurants and bars. It features original modern Italian design furniture and art.

Please note:
- The rental is intended for residential use only.
- No parties or event of any kind are permitted.

We meet personally our guests at check-in from 3pm till 8pm to provide all the useful information about the accommodation and the city. Self-check-in is not available. Please let us know as soon as possible your arrival time at the apartment, this is a private apartment there is not a reception, so we need to organize in advance an appointment for check-in.

Only guests booked on the platform can stay (other unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight). In case of change (more or less guests) it is mandatory to notify the property.
We need to receive the passport of all guests by the day before arrival, for the mandatory transmission of data to the National Security Authority.

EXTRA FEES
In agreement with the property, it is possible to arrange some additional services, with an extra fee:
- to book your transfer from the airport or train station. Please indicate at the property your flight/train number to get a quote. The cost is to be paid directly to the driver.
- to arrange an extra cleaning every 4 days (cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom and change of linen); the cost is to be paid directly to the cleaning person.
- to organize an early or late check-in or late checkout, only if available, there are additional costs: ask to the property to receive a quote; the cost is to be paid directly to the reception staff.
