Perfect stay at La Cápsula del Amor! Everything was extremely clean, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The service was excellent and the hosts were attentive and responsive.We stayed here before heading out on our cruise, and it was the perfect place to relax and start our trip stress-free. Highly recommend!

Great overnight stay for our cruise! Right next to the airport and near a lot of local food with a kick Uber ride! Since it is right by the airport, can get a bit noisy at night but they do provide ear plugs which was great :)

This was a clean, cozy place to stay for a night while we had a layover. It was clean and the hosts were friendly and attentive. Gated parking and a private porch. However, it is not soundproofed and planes, trains, and cars were extremely loud in the overnight hours. I would recommend earplugs or headphones to help with that.

I really hate to leave a negative review but feel compelled to be honest so that other folks aren’t stuck with a terrible experience. This space is not insulated at all. You hear sirens, trains, planes, and the neighbor’s rooster at essentially all hours. Even after going to a local store and buying earplugs, we were unable to sleep all night.On top of this, the sponge in the sink was clearly used, part of a cabinet was broken, and the couch was stained. While the host said he would order a new couch for future guests, which is good news, he refused to provide any compensation for a terrible stay.I’m sad to report that this was the complete opposite of what you’d expect staying in a “Capsule of Love.”

What you really wanted was for us to give you your money back, and you left a bad review because I didn't want to give you your money back. And I didn't fall for threats like you made, and you followed through on them, saying that if I didn't give you your money back, you would do something similar.

Disappointing and Uncomfortable StayI had a very unpleasant stay at The Capsule of Love and would not recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable or quality place to stay.The apartment has no heating whatsoever—only a wall-mounted air conditioner. On the night of my stay, temperatures dropped to around 40 degrees, and the room was unbearably cold. I contacted the owner to explain the situation, and their response was simply that the remote controls the air conditioner, with no acknowledgment of how cold or uncomfortable the space was. There was no effort to offer a solution or even basic concern.The unit itself is cheaply decorated and poorly constructed. The couch was broken, and the overall condition felt worn. While there seemed to be an attempt to mask these issues—Glade plug-ins in every room and jazz music playing on the TV upon entry—it only highlighted the lack of real comfort or quality. It felt like a superficial cover-up rather than genuine hospitality.In short, this place is style over substance, and even the style doesn’t hold up. What was presented as a cozy, curated stay turned out to be uncomfortable, and dismissively managed.I strongly do not recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant or relaxing stay.

I'm sorry you felt so bad, but I personally went and told you how to adjust the temperature. You can't speculate like that about someone who helped you and let you in early. But God is my witness that I had the best intentions of making you feel comfortable. It's a shame you feel this way, as all my reviews have been 10/10, and God is my witness that every decoration in La Cápsula was made with love for everyone who visits our home. For your next reservation, choose something Deluxe! It's quite expensive so you feel good, since you're asking for a lot for very little. God bless you.

Property host was great there was issues with the original property as based on the photo here as there was no outside of photo of the propertyAs this was our first time staying at Vrbo Rental The vrbo main photo here of the high rise can be a bit misleading as we thought was the property so if anyone is booking know this is a home and not a condo or a high rise which for us being seniors it in our 80s was better for us that is was a home and one level This property we were supposed to stay but couldn’t after we were informed by our son who booked the property for us The issues were not caused by home owner or property not being well maintained but by issues unfortunate done by tenants prior to our arrival my son spoke to him and he was able to get us into one of his other properties which is in the same location which was very nice clean and beautiful patio and pool which was even nicer then our original booking The Hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful and met us at the property to make sure we were safe and he also got us to the airport the next day which is very close I would definitely recommend the property we stayed at with the 2 bedrooms for anyone traveling to Miami and we would definitely stay here again on next visit to Miami and the host is great Thank you for looking after us Alvin & Merle
