Beautiful, spacious, fully furnished new vacation home (built in July 2017) with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms plus a den with a new comfy futon for your guests. The beautiful master bedroom is furnished with extra comfortable California king size bed, matching dresser & nightstands, upgraded master bathroom and large walk-in closet.
The fully decorated guest bedroom sleeps two and has 2 twin size beds with luxury mattresses, sitting space, private bathroom and a closet. Additional sleeping futon is available in a den area.
Our gorgeous, fully equipped, upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances and breakfast nook. Open living room is furnished with oversize comfortable couch, large coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player.
Wrap around South West Mountain views from this modern clean & bright home located steps, yes a short walk to the fabulous newest Clubhouse within Trilogy at the Polo Club! Beautiful state of the art Clubhouse with full amenities, restaurant, bar & outdoor patio with pool, spa & fitness & more. Your vacation starts here! Welcome to your vacation destination!

Lovely home

The home was immaculate and fully stocked. The location was perfect....right around the corner from the pools and clubhouse. And, close to shopping, dining, hiking, the living desert just to name a few options. Brian always responded to my questions immediately and was very helpful. This home was a favorite amongst all of us....we loved it and hope to stay here again!
