In the winter, free private shuttles whisk you to Breckenridge Ski Resort in just minutes, or take advantage of the Gold Run Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, ice skating and sleigh-ride dinners. In the summer, there's the Jack Nicklaus-designed, 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club, bike paths and hiking trails galore. And the views of the Tenmile Range are fantastic.

About the townhouse:

3 bed/2.5 bath modern townhouse with a private gated deck and jetted hot tub in Highlands Greens, minutes from Breck. There is a 55" inch smart TV in the living room above the gas fireplace and TVs in two of the bedrooms. In the winter, a free private shuttle whisks you to Breckenridge Ski Resort in just minutes (8am-5pm).

- Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.

- Bedroom 2: queen bed.

- Bedroom 3: two twin beds

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything you’ll need to make a fantastic dinner for your group. There’s seating for six people at the dining table, and room for another three at the breakfast bar. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer in the unit and a one-car garage with parking for a second vehicle in the driveway.

Getting Around

- Property is about 10 minutes from town, but it has easy access to winter and summer activities

- The private shuttle runs daily during the ski season, however it has limited hours in the evenings.

Spring break ski trip!

Very nice home, and close to everything we wanted to do. We were a group of six and had plenty of room. It felt very cozy and home like. We hadn’t planned on getting in so early, but Stephen was very accommodating and allowed us in early which helped having two kids and getting ready for a day on the slopes.

Great location! Comfortable and pleasant!

We traveled with my 8 yr old son, 12 year old nephew, and mother in law (party of five) and the Home was perfect! No more than a 10 minute drive to peak 9. Stephen was great and very responsive. Didn’t need anything.

Beautiful townhouse w/in minutes of downtown Breckenridge and ski slopes.

We loved our stay. Stephen thought of everything to make this a home away from home- right down to charging cords for the phone and snacks in the fridge! The house is welcoming and beds and couches are extremely comfortable. The gas fireplace really kept the home warm and the hot tub was a great place to relax sore muscles after a day of skiing! Stephen is very accommodating and answered questions right away. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Stephen!

Very nice property with lots of room and in a great location.

This was a beautiful property in close proximity to the mountain and close to the golf course. Very nice neighborhood and situated on a quiet cul de sac. 2 story duplex with a garage, which was great to have with the snow that came in. Nice back patio with your private hot tub. The living area was comfortable with a sectional couch and two reclining chairs and open kitchen with a wonderful fireplace that really heated the area. Downstairs half bath and washer/dryer. Ample area at the front door for ski gear and room in garage for it as well. Upstairs there were three large bedrooms that were decorated nicely and very comfortable beds. Two bathrooms upstairs that were oversized, with a sunken tub in the master. Great shower head in the master bathroom. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all. The HOA offers a shuttle service during the ski season and you can call and they will pick you up etc. I would totally recommend this condo/townhome and would love to stay there again. Stephen was very nice and accommodating and answered any texts or questions I had. Great place!

Excellent stay close to Breck

Property was exceptional. Very roomy with living room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and dining downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Well equipped with everything we needed and the use of the garage was a great addition. Shuttle bus to Breck stops right out front. WiFi worked with no issues.
