This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom third floor, multi-level condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed with twin trundle and a full sleeper sofa. It features a beautiful primary suite on the loft level offering a king bed, vaulted ceilings, large walk-in closet, en suite bathroom w/ oversized soaking tub and walk-in shower plus slope views and great light pouring through the window. It also offers updates throughout including hardwood radiant heat flooring and granite countertops in the kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer and a private balcony with outdoor seating. This vacation rental is ideally located just far enough away from town to enjoy some peace and quiet after a day of outdoor adventure but is also just minutes to Main Street and the resort base area via the complimentary Highland Greens Lodge winter ski shuttle, by car, or via the Summit Stage Bus with a stop just a two minute walk away from your front door. The complementary Highland Greens ski shuttle will conclude its seasonal winter service on Tuesday, April 14th 2026, and will resume operations beginning November 2026.
The entryway offers mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen smart TV above a beautiful gas fireplace with stone surround, hardwood flooring, ample seating and access to the private balcony. There is also a full-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are located in the downstairs bedroom closet. You will also find a pack and play with sheets in this same location, should you need it. Just off the living area is the private balcony. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the slope views in the distance.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops plus an electric skillet for pancakes and more! The dining area comfortably seats four and there is additional seating for four more at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a tiled sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The guest bedroom is also on this level and offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed w/ twin trundle, access to the private balcony and a large mounted flat screen TV.
Head upstairs where you will find the private in-unit laundry area immediately to your left. An initial supply of laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. Beyond that is the primary suite which features a king-sized bed with our Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan and a large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom offers a tiled double sink vanity, an oversized soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

Place was clean and had good amenities. Accessible to the various ski resorts and the shuttle stop was right next you the lodge, which was amazing. Host was prompt to respond and help with anything we needed.

The condo was great and as described in the listing. What wasn't great was the host not providing us the code for the building the unit was in. The host only provided us the code for the unit. So we were locked outside the building, then when I reached out to the host they acted like it was my fault when their text communication to me clearly omitted the code.

Our family enjoyed the condo for a week. It’s in a great location between Breckenridge and Frisco. We had 6 people in the condo and had plenty of room/beds. The condo is very clean. We cooked meals many evenings and it had everything we needed for cooking. We would definitely stay again if we came back to this area. The workout and sauna were also used by our family. Fun area for a family vacation!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, convenient distance to Breckenridge, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again. Hope they restore the hot tubs, that would've been a nice amenity to have after a long day.

However, they are discussing the option of building new hot tub amenities. If the HOA does. move forward with new hot tubs, we will have the listing update to reflect this.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a great time. The only thing I’d say was it was hot, and not very clear how to adjust the thermostat. Other than that everything else was great!

Thank you for your review! We do provide fans for all bedrooms for guests to be able to circulate air as a/c is very rare here in Summit County.
We had a great time at this property. It was close to downtown and easy to find. The building felt secure and the condo was clean. It was a great deal and we were very happy. There was no AC so the upstairs was a little warm for me but we stayed in July. We opened the windows and that helped. There was a standing fan in the closet that was very helpful.
Needed a quick one night stay for a family ski trip, appreciated the ability to book one night, locations was good, very nice, quiet, comfortable place. We had 4 people and suited us great.
