Beautifully modernised and extended 2 bed ground floor apartment located 5 minutes walking distance to town centre and 1st & 19th tee. Located in the quietest, most sought after area of La Torre with direct access to a beautiful pool. Double aspect with balcony area from both bedrooms.



The accommodation is equipped with: garden, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, garage parking space in the same building, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.



Around the resort you also have access to plenty of childrens areas and tennis and padel courts.



With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!



The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket, children’s play areas, tennis and padel courts, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.



We are Murcia Holiday Rentals, and we look after 180+ properties here providing a first-class service to our guests and owners.
