Our apartment is 87sq mt with a balcony directly overlooking the water. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the setting sun and watch the sailing boats. City with buses and trains just 5 mins walk or take a relaxing ferry trip to Waiheke island or Devonport village. No need for a car the shops and restaurants are all around the marina and Viaduct.
