• Bedrooms: The home offers five well-designed bedrooms, each furnished in a unique manner. With four double beds and bunk beds, the bedrooms offer perfect versatility for families or groups.



• Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub and overhead shower. Both have clean, white tiling for a fresh feel.



• Living & Dining Areas: The living space is designed for socializing, with a large L-shaped sofa, creating a vibrant yet relaxed setting. The adjacent dining area features a solid wooden table with black chairs, seating 8 guests.



• Kitchen: The compact yet functional kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals, with white cabinetry, black countertops, and all the essential appliances.



Guest Access:

The home utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire home at all times during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in Earl’s Court, this home is in a lively yet residential area with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and green spaces. Earl’s Court Road, lined with international eateries and local pubs, is a 5-minute walk away. The renowned Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Victoria & Albert Museum are just a 15-minute walk or a 10-minute bus ride. Hyde Park is also within a 20-minute walk, perfect for a morning jog or a relaxing stroll.



Getting Around:

Gloucester Road Underground Station is the nearest transport link, just a 5-minute walk from the property, offering access to the Circle, District, and Piccadilly lines, making it easy to reach central London. South Kensington Station is also a 12-minute walk away, providing additional transport options. For bus connections, several routes operate within a 5-minute walk, offering direct links to major attractions like Oxford Street, Buckingham Palace, and Covent Garden.

• The property is arranged over two floors, so stairs are required to access all areas of the home.

• The bunk beds are most suitable for children. Adults may use them if they wish, but comfort levels may vary compared to standard beds.

• Please take care when using the staircase, especially when carrying luggage or moving around at night.

• Self check-in is available unless otherwise stated.

• Smoking, parties and events are not permitted.

• We ask guests to be considerate of neighbours, particularly during evening hours.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.
