With stunning sea views and space for up to 4 guests, this bright apartment offers two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with a shower, plus an additional guest toilet. It’s a great option for couples, families, or friends looking to enjoy a comfortable stay in Madeira.



The apartment building itself has won several prizes for its architecture, including the Best Madeiran Architecture Prize, distinctions in the New Construction category, and even a National Real Estate Award.



The living area is open and airy, featuring a smart TV with box and air conditioning, allowing you to set the temperature to your preference. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials for home cooking, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cutlery, plates, and cooking utensils.



Guests also have access to a washing machine, dryer, and a hairdryer. For families with young children, a baby cot and high chair are available on request.



Located in a private building with elevator access, the apartment includes shared facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. One private parking space is available. The area is convenient, with shopping centers, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Several bus stops are close, and the beach and scenic seaside promenades are within walking distance.



Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 the next morning.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
