This naturally cool 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps four. It features a private garden with shady trees, a patio, and outdoor seating - perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The flat stays pleasant in summer thanks to its ground-floor location, air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room, and insect screens and shutters throughout.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, toaster. There’s no oven, but everything else is covered for easy self-catering. One bathroom is en suite. Washing machine and ironing board included.

We stayed for 6 nights to visit our child in the Agia Paraskevi neighborhood. Three of us stayed at the apartment. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, airy and perfectly clean. Check in was simple, and a lovely welcome basket with snacks and coffee was waiting for us. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to Agia Paraskevi Park, surrounded by cafes, banks and groceries with all you would need. There are many good dining options that are walkable. The Nomismatokopio Metro station is about 13 minutes by foot. The Agia Paraskevi stop is less than 20, to the northwest. The walk to the metro is mostly flat, with some narrow sidewalks. You can go along the main commercial road (Mesogeion) or along the quieter parallel residential streets. We liked the walk to start our day (coffee shops along the route) and at night after sightseeing. The rooms, the kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly clean and well appointed with all we needed. The kitchen was furnished with full dishes and coffeemaker and sleek fridge. The bedrooms were comfortable. One bed was definitely more comfy than the other, but it was fine for us. The showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Windows in every room provide a lovely cross breeze and the living room opens up to a courtyard patio perfect for sharing morning coffee with the company of a couple of Athens’ famous neighborhood cats. This place was perfect for us, and would highly recommend!
