Location: Steps from Grand Place, Boulevard Anspach, and Rue Neuve; near Annessens and De Brouckère metro stations; convenient to European institutions.

At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we’re happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance!
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.
If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.

Towels:

● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.
● For stays longer than 7 days:

The first additional towel request is free of charge.
The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.

Cleaning Request: cleaning available upon request subject to an extra fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.
● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Guest Access:
Self-check-in is available anytime after 4 PM. Early check-in or late check-out until 1 PM can be scheduled upon request, depending on availability, and may incur an additional fee.

Entertainment: Enjoy a TV with Netflix; note that cable TV is not provided.

Guest Support: Available daily from 9 a.m. to midnight, with optional cleaning services offered for an extra fee.

Check-Out Policy: A 30-minute grace period applies after the 11 a.m. check-out; late fees are charged beyond this.

Important Charges: Additional fees apply for couch damage or unauthorized guests.
