Siempre - Amazing Ocean views of Cabo San Lucas!!!

The stunning views of downtown Cabo, the marina and the expanse of the Sea of Cortez from Seimpre are breathtaking. Situated within a 10–15-minute walk to downtown Cabo San Lucas and all it has to offer.

Condo Siempre has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to enjoy coffee on the patio for sunrise, breakfast at the bar, a quick lunch after hanging at the pool, or a relaxing sit-down dinner. There are plenty of pots and pans to cook with and dishes to serve and eat from. Drinking water is available from a spout at the kitchen sink from an R/O system that also uses ultra-violet light to kill any remaining bacteria. The R/O system also supplies clean water to the ice maker in the full-size refrigerator/freezer.

The Livingroom has a comfy couch and chair to relax and watch your favorite US stations or perhaps a movie from Netflix on the 55” screen tv. The wall sized sliding glass door leads out to the patio with seating for four and the amazing views of downtown Cabo, the marina and Sea of Cortez, and oh yeah… the pool. Sunrises from the patio are incredible and show the richest colors of Red, Orange and Yellow.

The patio extends to the Master Bedroom which has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and en-suite with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and built-in closet. The second bathroom next to the guest bedroom also has a large, tiled, walk-in shower.

For your convenience there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

This comfortable oasis has all the amenities one could want, the location one would desire and the view one would love! Relax on your vacation with all the comforts of home! Let us know how we can help make your stay even better and welcome you back year after year.

The best way, we have found, to get around and see the outskirts of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo is to rent a car from Cactus Car Rental.

Wonderful condo

Condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the cooking, cleaning and bathroom amenities/supplies one could ask for. The best we have had in any of our experiences so far. The Property Manager was a lovely man and very responsive. Pool was great. The hilled dirt road to the condo still exists which creates some dust. Climbed it 2 or 3 times a day. Meant we had to wear runners a lot.

This home is exceptional!! Really no reason to book your stay in Cabo anywhere else. The home has all the modern amenities you would expect, clean comfortable bedrooms fantastic bathrooms with great water pressure. The view is amazing, nice warm morning sun and sunshine around mid day. “We stayed in April” there’s a short 15 -20 min walk to downtown and excellent restaurants along the way. My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience. You will also once you try it for yourself. Thanks again friends!

First time visitors to Cabo

Property was very clean and well stocked, large bright and we loved the condo, with large balcony, exactly as described. What wasn't ever mentioned is that it is a very noisy area, a lot of construction going on, and many, many barking dogs at all times, the time on the balcony was often too much to take, and of course this is nothing that anyone is directly responsible for, however, it needs to be in the description for others like us that spend many afternoons and evenings at home. As I said Condo A+, area noise for us too much, we cut our 3 weeks to 2, due only to this.

Location, location, location

This place has amazing views. The stay here confirmed how important a view is to my stay. The place is super clean and modern with high quality finishes. There are lots of good towels, soaps, pots and pans, and spices. I enjoyed David, the maintenance man. He does not speak English but I speak pretty good Spanish so we were able to communicate. He will do his best to help with anything you need. We walked to the marina many times from here as well as enjoyed many great restaurants and ice cream shops. We had a car but you could easily stay here without one. I would stay here again. I stayed for 3 weeks and didn't want to leave. Thanks for letting us use your home, Lee and Mary. We loved it.

Beautiful view; amazing pool; lots of space

My friend and I stayed here to get away for a few days and do some work by the pool. The condo looks exactly like the pictures, although I would say that it is actually bigger than I pictured. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are very spacious. The balcony provides the perfect spot to catch the sunrise and watch the cruise ships come in. The kitchen is fantastic - perfectly stocked with many spices and staples, plus every knife, pot, and utensil a chef could want (even lime zesters and lots of storage containers). There is a corner store a few minutes away (walk down the hill) and on Wednesdays/Saturdays, there is a Farmer's Market, which is fantastic! It's about 1.5K to the grocery store, but we walked there and took a cab home. There are several very good restaurants within walking distance, but with the BBQ and kitchen, we ate most of our meals at the condo. I would not hesitate to recommend this spot and hope to return next year for another work retreat!

Just spent 10 days at Siempre. Property description was accurate. Communication was great. The local host Fernando was super responsive. We had him arrange our transportation.The property is on a hillside. We enjoyed walking to town daily. Would cut right or left going down depending on what part of town we wanted to go to. Found several local type restaurants on our trips. We always used Uber to come back. Was super easy and cost about 5 or 6 bucks. The property is in a sort of residential area. We always felt safe. We did experience some construction noise and barking dogs. Didn't really bother us as we expect it as they are building so much in Cabo. Property was very well equipped for cooking and has a great kitchen. Pool was nice. All the people living or staying in the complex were very friendly. Having laundry in the unit was a big bonus as we didn't have to pack so much. Overall staying at Siempre was wonderful. Would definitely stay again. Had a great time. Thank you to the hosts for sharing their space with us :)

Serenity from your condo and pool overlooking the city/ ocean

The condo had a spectacular view over the city and of the ocean. Looking at the city with its beautiful sky line and colored lights from our pool and living room and balcony each night was such a treat. We were shocked to have the pool and most of the building for that matter, to ourselves each evening. The apartment was well furnished with all the little extras one might desire and the appliances were top of the line and up to date even by U.S. standards. The Reverse Osmosis water spout truly provides drinkable water for Americans. The condo was meticulously cared for and was only a year old at most. The only appliance lacking was a dishwasher. Milton was quite helpful in providing advice as well as for making reservation for Mexican dance/music show with dinner and other activities if you desired. We found it quite easy to drive back and forth to our apartment. Originally, we were a bit nervous about the dirt road up to the apartment, but it ended up not being a problem even on rainy days (which is quite rare here). If you find the beer store which says Bud Light on the outside (near/ & across from the Oxxo store) just turn there and drive up to the top of the hill (until it curves to the right) The condo is located in the last building at the top of the hill on the left hand side before it turns to the right. It has a very nice paved parking lot for residents. The building is gated and always has workers available somewhere between the maids, the maintenance man who also guards the place, and the concierges. There are other newly built condos in the area. The area seemed very safe to us. The condo is much like it looks in the picture if not better, except that there is not yet a paved road all the way to the condo building. We had a smaller mid size car and could travel up and down without problem. The city also services the dirt road by clearing and smoothing out after it rains.

Overall it was a great place. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops down the hill. The Internet was great for the days I need to work. Kitchen is very well equiped and the beds were super comfortable. Having water purification for ice and drinking water was a bonus. Great water pressure for showers. Great place to watch sunrises and being away from the loud music was fantastic.

Nice condo experience

My friend and I enjoyed our time in this condo. The kitchen is REALLY well stocked, the beds and pillows are comfortable (with pillow options for your sleeping preferences), the view was awesome, and the hosts were nice. We also enjoyed having access to the pool that was rarely busy with other people—most of the time we had it all to ourselves. One thing I would advise to anyone wanting to stay here is to make sure you bring ear plugs. What brought my rating from 5 stars down to 4 were the noise issues. During the day, there is construction that happens across the street from 8am to 8pm. It is really loud, to the point where sometimes my friend and I had to repeat what we were trying to stay because the noise made it hard to understand. Ear plugs won’t be of help to you if you are up and about, obviously, but if you want to take a mid-day nap, they will be important. Otherwise, be sure you spend a good chunk of the day out and away from the construction so it does not bother you. If you want to plan a day where you stay in the condo all day, you will ONLY experience a nice time WITHOUT noise on Sunday. Every other day of the week, the construction will be a bother. Moreover, at night, there is a neighbor (who I believe to be a permanent resident) whose dog is allowed outside at night and barks throughout most of the night. There were too many times where I slept poorly because the dog kept me awake. So…ear plugs!!!!!! Make sure you have them!!!!!

Beautiful condo close to Cabo centro

This condo had everything you would want to have an excellent vacation - beach towels, hats, sunscreen, coffee, a pool, and a gorgeous view. One issue we did have is the walls are quite thin so if you happen to get a noisy neighbor you may need some earplugs. 15 minute walk into the center of Cabo makes it perfect - somewhat out of the craziness yet easy to walk to restaurants and the marina.

After spending nine years in the US Navy stationed around the world, he went back to Phoenix to raise his family. I have been in the Phoenix area since 2009. Prior to that I spent fifteen years in the Sacramento, CA area. We have five children between the two of us ranging in ages from 18 and 31. Lee and I travel frequently using VRBO rentals for our accommodations and we are dedicated to ensuring ours is inviting, relaxing and offers our guests the best amenities possible. Why they chose this property

We were drawn to Cabo San Lucas for the ‘community’ feel and the proximity of everything you could want within walking/biking distance. From the minute we walked into this Condo, which was still being built, we fell in love with it. We loved the spectacular view as soon as we walked in. It became clear to us that this is the perfect location for friends and families traveling together to spend their time enjoying Cabo and each other. Siempre means Always in Spanish and we felt this would be the perfect name for the Condo; Always Friends, Always Beautiful, Always Cabo! All year long the balcony is the perfect place to sit and relax, enjoy coffee in the morning, or a cold ‘cerveza’ or margarita in the afternoon and evenings! The location couldn’t be better either. You will be within walking distance to downtown Cabo San Lucas, where there is an abundance of day and night time activities. And did we mention the VIEW?
