Enjoyable cottage break

The cottage is typically English, set in a pretty village, in a beautiful part of Yorkshire. The bedrooms are spacious enough for our party of three adults and two small children, and the bathroom and en-suite shower room have recently been modernized. Downstairs the lounge, dining room and kitchen are more traditional, with adequate modern facilities. The outside patio is great for alfresco dining, and the garden and lawn provides a peaceful environment.

Not up to standard

Rayburn not working properly, very noisy. No hot water in tap. Tap sprouting water. B/fast Cereal under settee cushion. Duvet cover had blood stain on it. Ceiling not suitable for tall people. Cobblestoned path not suitable for older people. Photo not true to inside cottage, inside very dark. Cottage needs an overhaul, particularly downstairs. Settees most uncomfortable. Overall not worth the money.
