Head into the kitchen/diner and you’ll find a large, bright room with a farmhouse-style dining table and plenty of cupboard and worktop space for storage and food prep. After supper you can curl up in either the lounge or the snug, or head to the detached games room in the garden, where you’ll find a dart board, pool table and further games, plus a running machine. Three bedrooms are all off the main hallway: two doubles with en-suite shower rooms, and a twin room that has use of the sleek family bathroom. For spectacular views, wildlife-spotting and a secluded beach with a seasonal cafe, the National Trust’s Mwnt is less than 3 miles away, while in the popular coastal village of Aberporth (3 miles), you’ll find two more sandy beaches, rock pools and cliff-top walks. Historic Cardigan is just 6 miles away.
