Located at St Margaret’s on the seaward-facing side of Carbis Bay, it is just a short walk to the scenic railway, Carbis Bay Beach and convenient bus links to St Ives. The property also benefits from undercover off-road parking for one car.
The impressive open-plan living area has soaring ceilings and extraordinary panoramic views of the bay. Large French doors open to a Juliette balcony, inviting in the fresh Cornish air, while an additional door leads out to the private terrace. The peaceful master bedroom, located at the rear, offers a calming palette of pale pinks and soft grey and includes a king-size bed, ample storage, underfloor heating and a private en-suite shower room.
The second king-size bedroom is bathed in natural light from double sliding doors leading directly to the private terrace, ideal for an alfresco breakfast with sea breezes.
A third bedroom, decorated in restful warm greys, provides twin beds and plenty of storage. Each of the bedrooms provide a smart TV for added luxury for those slow mornings.
The spacious family bathroom, conveniently positioned near the bedrooms, features a bath and heated towel rail, with a skylight above filling the room with natural light.

• Access – Sea Vista is a penthouse positioned at the top of St Margaret’s development in Carbis Bay. Guests can access the apartment via the front communal door before choosing to take the two flights of stairs up to the top floor or the lift. St Margaret’s does offer a lift access, however this should not be solely relied upon if there is a maintenance/fault as guests will need to use the stairs.
• We strongly recommend supervising children when opening the terrace doors, windows and using the sun terrace.
