Charming 3-Bedroom House in Central Richmond – Walk to Station

Welcome to this charming three-bedroom home in the heart of Richmond, ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Richmond Station, offering the District Line and fast trains to London Waterloo.

The house is well suited for families or longer stays. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes, while the second bedroom has bunk beds, ideal for children. A bonus loft room with a low ceiling is accessed via a ladder from the second bedroom and works well as a playroom or home office (use at your own risk). The property also includes a modern bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

To the rear, guests can enjoy a small, sunny patio with outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee or alfresco dining on warmer days.

Please note the property is located on a main road, providing excellent transport links and convenience, though some road noise should be expected.

Pet-friendly by arrangement.

With shops, cafés, Richmond Park, and the River Thames all nearby, this home offers a practical and well-connected base for enjoying Richmond and central London.

The Pros:Jolana was an excellent, responsive host.The location is great, very close to all the fun Richmond sights, in a safe area, and very walkable.The Cons:There was a significant amount of street noise if you have the windows open, and there is a hotel across the street, so there's a lot of foot/car traffic right outside your windows. The biggest problem, and the reason we checked out early, was the electrical breaker kept blowing. The power was out when we arrived. (Our host let us know someone had been out to work on it the day before our stay, but it continued to go out during our stay) It was a huge disappointment and extremely stressful to try to find another place to stay in the beginning of our trip. We ended up having to leave Richmond entirely, and move all our things to a stay in London.

Thank you for your feedback and your kind comments about me and the location. I’m very sorry about the electrical issue during your stay. An electrician had attended before your arrival and we believed the problem had been resolved, so I was equally disappointed when it reoccurred. The issue has since been investigated and rectified. I completely understand the inconvenience this caused and I’m sorry it affected your stay in Richmond.

Richmond is one of my favourite parts of London. You have the River Thames, Richmond Park, beautiful walks, cafés, pubs and restaurants, while still having excellent transport into central London. It has a lovely village atmosphere and is a wonderful place for families as well as visitors wanting to explore London
