Completely renovated in 2025, this villa is perfect for enjoying peace and comfort in a privileged setting.
From street level, where the carport is located, a few steps lead down to the house. It features a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living-dining room with large windows offering beautiful mountain views. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a spacious 1.80m bed (two mattresses). There are two full bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite.
Outside, a large front terrace with four sun loungers invites relaxation, while the rear terrace is furnished with a table and four chairs for al fresco dining.
The villa is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and mosquito nets on all windows for added comfort.
Outside, you'll find a private 4 x 2m swimming pool, a barbecue, and a laundry room.
