Summary:

In the heart of Prati, an elegant district just steps from the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, an entire apartment for 4 guests. One bedroom with a double bed and a bright living room with a sofa bed; full bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. Equipped kitchen, air conditioning, elevator and Wi-Fi. All around, a refined, residential Rome, between the boutiques of Via Cola di Rienzo and the cafes of Piazza Cavour. Self check-in available.



The Space:

Entire apartment for 4 guests. One bedroom with a double bed and a spacious, bright living room with a sofa bed for two. Full bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, plus a dining table. Air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, TV, elevator and a laptop-friendly workspace. Beds are made up for the number of guests booked; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one towel set per person (body + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

Prati is one of Rome's most elegant neighborhoods, residential and refined, just north of the Vatican. A few minutes on foot you reach St. Peter's, the Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo. Via Cola di Rienzo is one of the city's best-known shopping streets, while Piazza Cavour and its cafes offer the atmosphere of the real Rome of the Romans, away from the crowds of the historic tourist center.



Getting Around:

The area is well connected. The Lepanto and Ottaviano metro stops (line A) are a few minutes' walk away and quickly reach Termini, Spagna and San Giovanni. Several bus lines cross the neighborhood. The area is partly subject to ZTL (limited traffic zone): if arriving by car, a paid parking garage is recommended. Fiumicino airport is about 35-45 minutes away, Ciampino about 40-50 minutes, by taxi or shuttle.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 6:00 PM the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



For stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Extra cleanings available for a fee (same rate applied at booking).



Luggage storage: possible before check-in or after check-out at our office in Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Free service, availability to be checked in advance by writing to us.



When contacting us via WhatsApp, phone or email, always indicate the name of the property and the check-in date.



Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.
