Torre Valma is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 16 people. From Torre Valma you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. Torre Valma is 750 square meters (8000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 8.8 km (5.5 miles) from Fabro, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles) and a grocery store at 8 km (roughly 5 miles).
You will reach Torre Valma from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Torre Valma you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars. Please note that access to Torre Valma is along a 1.7-kilometer (1.1-mile) unpaved road.

Located in the Umbrian countryside, with breathtaking panoramic views over rolling hills, the villa is a stunning historic property where authentic architecture meets modern comfort and refined style.

The estate comprises two buildings — the main historic tower house and the guest house — linked by a charming courtyard. Within the guest house, there is also a self-contained apartment in addition to the other guest rooms. This layout allows part of the group to enjoy greater privacy and independence while still being fully connected to the villa — ideal for families or mixed groups.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool going down approximately 15 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the surrounding hills.
Main BuildingPatio 1
The first patio is 65 square meters (700 square feet) large. It is equipped with a sofa and with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Verandah
The verandah is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. Is equipped with armchairs. You will find a table and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy an enchanting view of the patio and of the surrounding hills.
Main Building, Ground FloorDining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room through an access area. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include suspended chandeliers. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests, two more guests can be accommodated at the kitchen island. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio and the inner court through two French doors.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the dining room through a brickwork arched opening. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The kitchen has three windows.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the dining room. Main Building, First FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include three sofas and an upholstered fabric bench. There is an elegant fireplace decorated in marble, for decorative purposes only. Here you will find a game table. From the living room you will be able to enter the inner court going down two flights of stairs, through a French door. The room also has two windows.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from a corridor. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include two sofas. The room has a window.
Living Room 3
You will be able to enter the third living room from a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a long sofa. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window.
Game Room
You will be able to enter the game room from the first living room, or from the second living room. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. Here you will be able to have fun with a pool table. The furnishings include two armchairs. The room also has a small window, as well as a arched window.
