Upon entering, guests are welcomed into an open-plan living and dining area. The spacious setup is ideal for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a large sectional sofa and a dining table that seats six. The flat-screen TV and WiFi make it perfect for streaming your favorite shows or working remotely.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all essential cooking utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. The sleek, modern design complements the overall decor, providing a comfortable space to cook and dine with friends and family.
The apartment includes three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, another with a double, and a third with two single beds. Each room ensures a restful night's sleep, with the master bedroom offering additional comfort and privacy.
Two complete bathrooms provide convenience, each equipped with a shower, heated towel racks, and ample storage.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, located on the 2nd floor. An elevator is available for easy access, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay.
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
This apartment is located in the Ramalde neighbourhood of Porto, a tranquil area known for its residential charm and proximity to the bustling district of Boavista. Nearby, guests can explore the Casa da Música or enjoy shopping at the vibrant Mercado Bom Sucesso.
The apartment is well-connected to public transport, with Francos Metro Station just a short walk away. From here, guests can access various parts of Porto with ease, making it convenient for both business and leisure travellers. Bus lines also operate nearby, providing additional transport options.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
