Birchwood Cottage is in Aviemore on a quiet residential street on the edge of a beautiful mature silver birch wood, home to a wide variety of native Highland wildlife, including roe deer and red squirrels.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bedroom 3: Bunk (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available to hire at £12 each.. Enclosed garden with decking, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. Bike store. No smoking.. Birchwood Cottage is a three bedroom detached single-storey property. It can sleep six guests and has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full size bunk bedroom. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath, a cloakroom and a kitchen with side door out to the off-road parking and garden. The living room with dining area has a large window, giving the room good natural light. The living room has been furnished in a highland style with red tartans curtains, cushions and tartan throws over the two brown leather effect sofas. The added feature of a log burning effect electric fire in the sitting room creates a cosy feel in the room.
