Our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers the perfect combination of indoor comfort and Southern California outdoor living. Whether you're visiting Pasadena for the Rose Bowl, exploring Los Angeles, spending time with family, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway, Rose Bungalow gives you a comfortable place to call home.

YOUR OWN PRIVATE CALIFORNIA OASIS

Step outside and enjoy the beautiful California sunshine in our fully enclosed backyard and fenced front yard. Cool off in the private swimming pool, enjoy a meal outdoors, or relax under the string lights as the sun goes down.

The pool can also be heated for an additional $75 per day, making it even easier to enjoy during cooler weather.

Inside, you'll find three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a formal dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals and gather together.

We were in town to visit family and for an event in Pasadena. This was a great location, close to the venue. The pool was perfect after a long hot day out and about. Comfortable beds, very clean, and quiet.

My family & I (have just spent two weeks at Gina’s fabulous property in Pasadena. The pictures on VRBO don’t do the size of the property justice. It is a deceptively spacious 3 bed property with separate and private driveway with room for c3-4 cars.The outside space is as good as the inside and the pool is especially nice to cool off in after a busy day out and about.The property is in a friendly suburban neighbourhood within easy reach of downtown LA by car.There is a super coffee shop within walking distance on Lincoln Avenue called ‘Stumptown’ well worth a visit if coffee is your thing. There is also a local supermarket within walking distance called Super Kings Market further up from Stumptown and just off Lincoln Avenue.Gina is a great host & communicator and when we had an issue she was straight on to help in getting it resolved.If you are looking for a property away from the hype of downtown but close enough to access by car or are going to a show in the Rose Bowl Stadium, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending ‘Rose Cottage’.

This house is gorgeous (better than the pictures), had everything we needed, and the hosts were super-responsive. We had a minor issue with the front lock on the first day and a handyman came and fixed it perfectly first thing the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.

First let me say that our host was one of a kind. I rent vrbo's multiple times per month but she really stood out to me from the start. SUCH a wonderful lady, always positive and upbeat, SUPREMELY helpful and accommodating and we will stay with her everytime we are in the area. I wanted a safe neighborhood I could do morning walks and a nice kitchen that stocked because I am a nutritionist that never eats out and this all held true as she promised. I also liked how the front yard fence gave extra privacy. It is also very close to interstate access. 100 star rating if i could give it

Beautiful Bungalow

Amazing home! The pictures are accurate and the neighborhood felt safe. I took my kids for walks around the block and it was a beautiful area. Highly recommend for families.

Comfortable Stay

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable and worked perfectly for our two families. The beds were super cozy, and everyone slept well. The kids especially loved the pool—it was a big highlight of the trip! The hosts were very communicative and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Family Oasis in Pasadena

We had a wonderful stay for a few days in Pasadena. Check in was easy. House was clean. Kids loved the pool and commented that the beds were the comfiest they’d ever slept in. We would love to stay again the next time we are in the LA area.

Stayed at the house with a group of 6 for the Rose Bowl. 1.5 mile walk to the stadium through a safe neighborhood. House is great-family room is outstanding for watching TV and hanging out. Water pressure in shower was strong and hot. Beds comfortable. Property manager very responsive. An issue came up during the stay and she solved the problem in less than 5 minutes of reaching out to her. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!

Great stay in Pasadena—walking distance to Rose Bowl Stadium, which is what we were in town for. A few blocks from coffee shops and a great breakfast taco spot! We spent a lot of time by the pool, which is a beautiful area. The hosts were friendly and communicative, and the house had everything we needed.
