Inside, guests will enjoy the beautifully presented accommodation, spread across three floors, benefiting from splendid Georgian sash windows that welcome natural light throughout the day. Throughout the ground floor, the numerous living areas spread out to offer guests a generous amount of space to relax into, whether it be in the stylish sitting room or the more formal dining room. Beyond the main sitting areas, a fun snug has been prepared with a large Smart television and a good selection of books and boardgames. Nearby, the well-appointed kitchen has been prepared for all manner of occasions and is ideal for catering for special occasions and large groups.
Comfortably accommodating up to twelve people, Cliff Lane House is perfectly suited to families and groups, providing seven charming bedrooms and six bathrooms. With bedrooms located throughout all floors of the houses, there should be a suitable option for various different needs within your party. On the ground floor, the bedroom suite is complete with a separate bath and walk-in shower, providing a superb option for those looking to avoid stairs. Four more bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor, with two single bedrooms on the second floor. All beds have been prepared with comfortable mattresses and fine, white linens.

Additional Information: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Please keep dogs on the ground floor only. Travel cot, stair gate and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. Duvet and pillows are a mixture of down, feather and synthetic. Bedding is high thread count pure cotton linen. Please bring your own coffee beans for the bean-to-cup coffee machine. Please be aware, access to the 2nd floor is via two separate staircases, one of which is quite steep and is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Please be aware, the smart televisions require guests to log in via their own subscriptions. All streaming apps are installed and accessible.
