We have lots of board games and Lego and also a few books where we encourage our guests to swap.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

The Coach House comfortably accommodates up to five guests (with a sixth if the living room sofa bed is used).

The principal bedroom features a super king-size bed, creating a luxurious retreat after a busy day in Brighton.

Two further bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for family members, friends or colleagues sharing the property.

In certain circumstances, and by prior arrangement only, we may be able to accommodate a sixth guest. Please contact us before booking if this may be required.
