Oceanfront Condo with Majestic Views!

This spacious Majestic Sun condo has breathtaking unobstructed Gulf views, updated furniture and sleeps six.

Decorated in soothing designer colors with a coastal feel, the unit has a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with shower/tub; two bunk beds in a hallway alcove, a 2nd bathroom with shower, and open concept full size kitchen with all new full size stainless steel appliances, dining area and living room with a sleeper sofa.

Being on the 8th floor means you have fabulous unobstructed views of the Gulf for miles!

We've equipped the bathrooms with new fluffy white towels and high end eco-friendly toiletries, including lotion. All mattresses are fully encased in bed bug proof covers. In addition to a coffee maker, and toaster, the kitchen has all the basics you need to whip up family favorite recipes or a romantic dinner on the balcony.

The living room is a great place to entertain with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise over a cup a coffee or watch it set with a glass of wine while listening to the soothing ocean waves. Plus, you'll have access to all of Seascape Resort's numerous amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, workout facilities, golf, and the white sand beach!

Perfect for families, couples, or business travelers - Majestic Sun at Seascape Golf, Beach, and Tennis Resort is ideally located right across the beach and is close to numerous shops, restaurants, spas and water parks so anything you want is just minutes away making this the perfect destination for your dream beach vacation!

You'll have access to all of Seascape Resort's numerous amenities that include outdoor swimming pool, kiddies pool, indoor-outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, video game room, workout facilities, tiki bar, and the white sand beach!

Three adult size beach chairs are stored in the condo and are available for the use of our guests. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrella from a vendor located on the beach in front of the resort.

We really had a great time. The unit was very clean and comfortable.There was quite a lot of pool toys and equipment/chairs on the balcony, not sure why?The location and view is outstanding. I have already recommended your location to close friend.

Our month long trip was exactly what we needed. The location being directly on the beach yet within walking distance to a wide variety of Restaurants, shopping and grocery/drug store was great Definitely planning to return!!!

The property was great, it was an amazing location, easy to access and figure everything out! The condo was great, loved the beach decor! It was very clean and well maintained. The view is absolutely amazing! The bed was comfortable, bathrooms were roomy enough and had lots of storage! Our host was very attentive and took initiative to check in each day throughout our stay! We only had a couple issues and those were the bathroom door lock in the master bedroom kept locking by itself and we were locked out of it and had to pick the lock, the ice maker wasn’t working, there was no pot holder so when we cooked stuff in the oven we had to use bathroom towels, and the furniture wasn’t very comfortable to sit on and relax but other than those few things this was an amazing condo and great location to stay and we would definitely stay there again no questions asked!

The condo was everything advertised. It was clean, bed was comfortable. The view of the ocean was amazing. The only complaint we had was the furniture was not comfortable at all.

We love the location of Majestic Sun! The view from the balcony was amazing! Saw a group of dolphins swimming close to shore. The condo kitchen was equipped with all the essential startup items. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Summer vacation (1 week)

We had a great time. Just rest and relaxation on the beach. Great dinners at Pompano Joe’s, The Back Porch, and the Crab Shack. Went to the Harbor Walk Village one night and to the Bay Warf another. Unfortunately we couldn’t get into the ocean for 2 days due to double red flags (oh well). All in all we had an awesome time!!!!!

No Human involvement

Wife hurt her shoulder on the sliding patio door. I reported it on the day we arrived. Maintenance came 3 days later. The fix was fast. I struggled for three days with that door. No response to 4 emails. Auto replies hoping I’m enjoying my one and only vacation.

Wonderful unit, will be back!

We have stayed at many different units in Majestic Sun and love this property. This unit was overall the cleanest we have stayed in. A couple minor annoyances but nothing significant. Bed is comfortable which is very important. The only disappointment was the lack of comfort for living room seating. The couch and chair were not comfortable for us, hoping those two items might be upgraded soon. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations while we were in Miramar Beach this year!

Balcony door/dryer issues

The view was nice from this condo and it was pretty well stocked. The problems started from day one. The toilet seat was broken in the master bath and the tub wouldn’t drain. Those were quickly fixed by maintenance. The biggest problem was the balcony door-it wouldn’t open and close completely and the dryer took 4-5 cycles to dry the clothes. It kept stopping because of “flow issues”. That makes for a less than desirable trip if you can’t wash clothes/towels at the beach all week and you can’t enjoy the patio. Since the patio door wouldn’t close completely, the air conditioning wouldn’t kick on. We asked for a compensation for all the trouble and was promised a very small 200. The host has stopped communicating any details about the refund and I currently have a ticket open with VRBO to help manage the situation. This host is shady-he can keep his measly 200 dollars, I won’t play his games. The furnitures is also horribly uncomfortable. Stay in another unit!

Love this location! Great condo and excellent communication with the host. He checked in almost daily to make sure we were doing well. We asked for the hot water to be adjusted and he fixed it immediately. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome View! Great Place! Book It!

The location of this condo is the best! Basically right on the beach with beach chairs on the patio for your use. The boys with us was 14 and loved going to the hot tub, pool and basketball court. When we arrived there was a flickering light and a few other issues. I reached out to the owner who was super fast responding and sent maintenance over to assist. I can't say enough good things about the owner he defiantly works to accommodate you in anyway possible while there and a man of his word! We hope to stay again!

Clean, cozy and the ocean view from the balcony was amazing.

The bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, linens and hangers. The kitchen was clean with plenty of dish/pot/silverware. We would definitely rent this property again! We were very satisfied A++++
