Completato nel maggio 2018, il team di progettazione e costruzione di StayLakeNorman è orgoglioso di rilasciare Lake Norman Getaway, la nostra ultima e più lussuosa casa per le vacanze fino ad oggi. Il brief di progettazione su questo progetto è stato semplice: prendi questo elaborato residence a 3 piani e crea la migliore esperienza di vacanza di lusso attualmente disponibile sul Lago Normanno. Internamente, Getaway ha 6 zone notte e 6 bagni con sistemazione per 17 ospiti. Con tre aree di vita e di intrattenimento separate all'interno della casa insieme a tre aree di intrattenimento all'aperto, ampia area pianeggiante e 200 piedi più del lungomare del canale principale, crediamo che tutte le persone esigenti che cercano un'esperienza di vacanza premium la troveranno in questa residenza.

Il lago Norman è un grande lago e ideale per la nautica e gli sport invernali. La nostra consociata, Norman Boats, ha una grande selezione di pontoni Bennington ad alte prestazioni e barche sportive disponibili a noleggio per completare il vostro soggiorno. Aggiungendo una barca si sbloccano i numerosi ristoranti / bar sul lungomare, e tutte le barche sono dotate di attrezzi da traino, sci, corde, ecc. Con oltre 500 miglia di costa da esplorare, il tuo soggiorno non è completo senza una barca.

Gorgeous House & Views

Beautiful house designed around the stunning lake views. Perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Large open kitchen and main floor living space, huge deck, fire pit, pool and hot tub - all perfect hangout spaces. I was with friends and several of us said on day one that we’d come back again with family and friends. Property management company was very responsive and helped us with a pontoon boat rental, which I highly recommend. We were there in mid November for a cozy fall weekend. Great experience overall.

Breathtaking Views

This home was gorgeous. The views were amazing. The staff was attentive to our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed for a private check to prepare brunch and dinner for my guests and I all weekend. The pool was amazing.. I wish they would have allowed us to heat it. We were only 2 days aways from the seasonal turn on. I have already looked at rebooking this home.

Beautiful Lake Views

The home was very nice and had everything we needed except a broom 😊 we just wanted to sweep up the leaves that had blown onto the porch. We were greeted with a very nice bottle of wine which we enjoyed, coffee and other little amenities. We would definitely stay again or refer friends to stay.

Price vs value

Great location and a very nice home. Several lights and fans didn’t work and for Ritz Carlton prices I expect a Ritz Carlton bed! Beds weren’t comfortable but all in all a good experience.

Lake Vacation At It's Best

The house is absolutely stunning, the decks are massive and provides a lot of outdoor entertaining space. Lot's of indoor space as well, we had no problems spreading out with 8 adults, 4 kids, and 2 dogs. Kitchen was fabulous, beautiful in design had everything needed to prepare meals. The house was extremely clean and well kept up. Added benefit was the ability of coordinating the boat rental through the property management company as well. Great experience all the way around, a repeat visit will be in our future.

Great property and lake

The home was everything we hoped for. We had four teenagers and two tots along with 8 adults. As a result we felt it imperative to also rent a ski boat for the teenagers and a pontoon boat for evening cruises. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. Highly recommend this property but boats are a must on the beautiful Lake Norman.

In 2015, StayLakeNorman started with their first specialty vacation rental home with an "urban contemporary" design theme. The Lake Norman vacation rental market loved this new offering, as the approximately 200 vacation homes in the area at that time were mostly just older lake homes that owners we not using and calling them vacation homes. Most had mismatched furniture, decor, colors and no dedicated style or concise personality. Over the next few years, StayLakeNorman continued to add new homes to the market and the luxury vacation rental standard was pushed up higher again.

StayLakeNorman was born and a "one-stop, sexy-house shop" was in full swing with the best designers and contractors in place to offer what luxury vacation guests wanted and demanded based on market feedback. We implemented management processes from the best and largest companies in the USA and continue to fine-tune the operation. Much was learned and many mistakes made.

Switch forward to today, StayLakeNorman has in their control the strongest performing vacation rental homes on Lake Norman. We also have a boat rental company and concierge services to help complete what luxury guests want in their vacations. Our staff includes Reservationists, Housekeeping Managers, Maintenance folks, Quality Control teams, and third-party housekeepers, private chefs, massage therapists, etc.

If you are planning a family get together, ladies' trip or Grandad's 80th birthday surprise, we promise to supply the best luxury vacation rental homes on Lake Norman.
