Terminado en mayo de 2018, el equipo de diseño y construcción de StayLakeNorman se enorgullece de presentar Lake Norman Getaway, nuestra más reciente y lujosa casa de vacaciones hasta la fecha. El resumen de diseño de este proyecto fue simple: tome esta elaborada residencia de 3 pisos y cree la mejor experiencia de vacaciones de lujo actualmente disponible en Lake Norman. Getaway cuenta con un gran plano de planta abierto, perfecto para grupos más grandes y familias extensas. Esta casa se beneficia aún más de los amplios espacios flexibles al aire libre. La cubierta cubierta de 1100 pies cuadrados del nivel principal es ideal para descansar y comer al aire libre, junto con otra cubierta de tercer nivel de 1100 pies cuadrados para tomar el sol y otra área cubierta de 1100 pies cuadrados de nivel inferior con bañera de hidromasaje. juegos y descanso. Beautiful Lake Views

The home was very nice and had everything we needed except a broom 😊 we just wanted to sweep up the leaves that had blown onto the porch. We were greeted with a very nice bottle of wine which we enjoyed, coffee and other little amenities. We would definitely stay again or refer friends to stay.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The kitchen was superbly stocked with all manner of tools & cooking appliances-things we never considered (or wanted) to bring with us. The home overall is beautiful with a wonderful lakeside location & array of things to enjoy for everybody. Only complaints would be there were a lot of spider webs (& spiders) in various locations on all levels of the deck. The house is a fair distance from refuel marinas but still very manageable. Thank you for a great place to vacation, we will return!

Quick vacation before kids start school. Home was very clean. It rained throughout our stay but the view of the lake was amazing. My kids had a great time playing the games in the basement.My wife and I were able to rest and relax. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We decided not to rent a boat but next time we will. We would definitely recommend.

In 2015, StayLakeNorman started with their first specialty vacation rental home with an "urban contemporary" design theme. The Lake Norman vacation rental market loved this new offering, as the approximately 200 vacation homes in the area at that time were mostly just older lake homes that owners we not using and calling them vacation homes. Most had mismatched furniture, decor, colors and no dedicated style or concise personality. Over the next few years, StayLakeNorman continued to add new homes to the market and the luxury vacation rental standard was pushed up higher again.

StayLakeNorman was born and a "one-stop, sexy-house shop" was in full swing with the best designers and contractors in place to offer what luxury vacation guests wanted and demanded based on market feedback. We implemented management processes from the best and largest companies in the USA and continue to fine-tune the operation. Much was learned and many mistakes made.

Switch forward to today, StayLakeNorman has in their control the strongest performing vacation rental homes on Lake Norman. We also have a boat rental company and concierge services to help complete what luxury guests want in their vacations. Our staff includes Reservationists, Housekeeping Managers, Maintenance folks, Quality Control teams, and third-party housekeepers, private chefs, massage therapists, etc.

If you are planning a family get together, ladies' trip or Grandad's 80th birthday surprise, we promise to supply the best luxury vacation rental homes on Lake Norman.
