Kitchen complete with all Stainless Steel appliances, coffee pot, dinnerware, silverware, cooking tools, and housewares. Custom Cabinets with Corian hard surface countertops with center island. Kitchen/Dining room can accommodate large groups comfortably. LVP flooring throughout entire home with in floor heat. Radiant in floor heat has three different zones. You can adjust flooring temperature in each zone to your desired comfort level. Zone 1 is Master Bedroom and Master Bath. Zone 2 is Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Room. Zone 3 is Bedroom 2/3, and second full bath.

Master bedroom and bathroom: King Size memory foam bed, Futon, High definition TV, nightstand, and ceiling fan. Patio door leading to large concrete patio facing the lake. Nice size full bath and heated LVT floor.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: King & Queen size beds in each bedroom, 55" Roku TV, ceiling fan, closet, and nightstand. Full bath in between two bedrooms with heated LVT flooring. Each bedroom sleeps up to 4.

Living Room: Sofa pull out sleeper sectional. Sleeps up to 2. Additional Coleman blow up mattress in spare bedroom closet.

Laundry room: New steam washer and dryer. Central Vac easy clean up system throughout entire home.

Patio: Open patio facing the lake to enjoy the sunrise, sunset and spectacular lake views. Patio set with Weber Gas Grill.

WiFi: Starlink recently installed, up to 300 mbps.

Things to do in the area.

White Potato Lake is a 1000+ Acre (Very Large) full recreation lake. Perfect for waterskiing, tubing, fishing, or taking a cruise across the lake to enjoy some spirits. Local boat dealer that has boats or pontoons for rental that will deliver and pick up from lake. Private dock at house to park your watercraft at. ATV/Snowmobile trails have direct access from Lakehouse. Marinette County has 14 major waterfalls just north of the Lakehouse. Laona, WI to the West has a historic steam train that you can ride on. Horseback riding, hunting and golfing are all within a 30 miles radius. There is a winery in Crivitz, WI and a casino in Carter, WI.
