Very clean, well decorated, all amities were available as described. Plan to stay at same location next year. The only negative, and no fault to owner was someone on a lower balcony was smoking so it limited our afternoon and evening time out on the veranda.

Unit was very clean, exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated. Boardwalk at the Beach is a great resort with lots of amenities. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Why they chose this property

Boardwalk is located on South Thomas drive and is across from Signal Hill Golf course and this is somewhat of a quieter area. We have ample parking right in front of complex or on lower level. There is just a short walk to elevator and to your front door, this is a well maintained unit and property and perfect place to get away and just a short drive to many area activities.

What makes this property unique
